- You shall love. -

The First Great Division of Torah

You shall love YHWH Elohim with all your heart, all your soul, all your might, and all your mind.

"Unto your brethren have I said, and also gave commandment ... that they should choose me their Father." (Genesis 8:40)

1. The work of YHWH Elohim is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man.

"For behold, this is my work and my glory to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man." (Genesis 1:39)

2. You shall expose the works of darkness.

"Irad, the son of Chanock, having known their secret [combination], began to reveal it unto the sons of Adam." (Genesis 6:36)

"Lemek had spoken the secret unto his wives, and they rebelled against him, and declared these things abroad, and had not compassion." (Genesis 6:40)

3. You shall not enter into or assist the works of darkness.

"The works of darkness began to prevail among all the sons of men." (Genesis 6:42)

4. You shall worship YHWH Elohim.

"Avraham worshiped the everlasting Elohim." (Genesis 22:32)

"Avraham said ... I and the lad will go yonder, and worship." (Genesis 23:6)

"The man bowed down his head and worshiped YHWH." (Genesis 25:25)

"I bowed down my head, and worshiped YHWH, and blessed YHWH Elohim of my master Avraham, who had led me in the right way." (Genesis 25:52)

"The people believed; and when they heard that YHWH had visited the children of Ya'sharel, and that he had looked upon their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshiped. (Exodus 4:31)

"The people bowed the head and worshiped." (Exodus 12:27)

5. You shall flee from temptation.

"It came to pass about this time, that Yosef went into the house to do his business; and there was none of the men of the house there within. And she caught him by his garment, saying, Lie with me; and he left his garment in her hand, and fled, and got him out." (Genesis 40:11-12)

The First Division of Torah

You shall have no other elohim before YHWH your Elohim, who has brought you out of the house of bondage.

"YHWH which spake with me, the same is the Elohim of heaven; and he is my Elohim and your Elohim." (Genesis 7:45)

"My fathers, having turned from their righteousness, and from the holy commandments which YHWH their Elohim had given unto them, unto the worshiping of the gods of the heathen, utterly refused to hearken to my voice; for their hearts were set to do evil, and were wholly turned to the god of Elkenah, and the god of Libnah, and the god of Mahmackrah, and the god of Korash, and the god of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; therefore they turned their hearts to the sacrifice of the heathen in offering up their children unto these dumb idols, and hearkened not unto my voice." (Avraham 1:5-7)

Now, at this time it was the custom of the priest of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, to offer up upon the altar which was built in the land of Chaldea, for the offering unto these strange gods, men, women, and children. And it came to pass that the priest made an offering unto the god of Pharaoh, and also unto the god of Shagreel, even after the manner of the Egyptians. Now the god of Shagreel was the sun." (Avraham 1:8-9)

"They have turned their hearts away from me, to worship the god of Elkenah, and the god of Libnah, and the god of Mahmackrah, and the god of Korash, and the god of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; therefore I have come down to visit them, and to destroy him who has lifted up his hand against you, Avraham, my son, to take away your life." (Avraham 1:17)

"YHWH broke down the altar of Elkenah, and of the gods of the land, and utterly destroyed them, and smote the priest that he died; and there was great mourning in Chaldea, and also in the court of Pharaoh." (Avraham 1:20)

"My father was led away by their idolatry." (Avraham 1:27)

"The famine abated; and my father tarried in Haran and dwelt there, as there were many flocks in Haran; and my father turned again unto his idolatry, therefore he continued in Haran." (Avraham 2:5)

"I offered sacrifice there in the plains of Moreh, and called on YHWH devoutly, because we had already come into the land of this idolatrous nation." (Avraham 2:18)

"I will be an Elohim unto you and your seed after you. I will give unto you and your seed after you a land wherein you are a stranger, all the land of Kenaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their Elohim." (Genesis 18:12-13)

"Ya'aqov vowed a vow, saying, If Elohim will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat and raiment to put on, so that I come again to my father's house in peace, then shall YHWH be my Elohim." (Genesis 29:20-21)

"Rachel envied her sister and said unto Ya'aqov, Give me children, or else I die. And Ya'aqov's anger was kindled against Rachel; and he said, Am I in Elohim's stead, who has withheld from you the fruit of the womb?" (Genesis 31:1-2)

"His brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be your servants. And Yosef said unto them, Fear not. For am I in the place of Elohim?" (Genesis 51:18-19)

"I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you an Elohim; and you shall know that I am YHWH, your Elohim, which brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians." (Exodus 6:7)

1. You shall not believe in other gods besides YHWH Elohim. There is no god but YHWH Elohim.

"There is no God beside me." (Genesis 1:6)

"Moshe said, Be it according to your word, that you may know that there is none like unto YHWH, our Elohim." (Exodus 8:10)

"I will at this time send all my plagues upon your heart, and upon your servants, and upon your people, that you may know that there is none like me in all the earth." (Exodus 9:14)

2. You shall not worship the Satan, but shall judge between Elohim and the Satan.

"Behold, the Satan came tempting him, saying: Moshe, son of man, worship me. And it came to pass that Moshe looked upon the Satan and said: Who are you? For behold, I am a son of Elohim, in the similitude of his Only Begotten; and where is your glory, that I should worship you? For behold, I could not look upon Elohim, except his glory should come upon me, and I were transfigured before him. But I can look upon you in the natural man. Is it not so, surely? Blessed be the name of my Elohim, for his Spirit has not altogether withdrawn from me, or else where is your glory, for it is darkness unto me? And I can judge between you and Elohim." (Genesis 1:12-15)

"His glory has been upon me, wherefore I can judge between him and thee. Depart hence, Satan."(Genesis 1:18)

"Behold, the Satan has come among the children of men and tempts them to worship him; and men have become carnal, sensual, and devilish, and are shut out from the presence of Elohim. But Elohim has made known unto our fathers that all men must repent." (Genesis 7:50-51)

3. You shall not serve any other than YHWH Elohim.

"Worship Elohim, for him only shalt thou serve." (Genesis 1:15)

4. You shall not worship any Elohim besides YHWH Elohim.

"Depart from me, Satan, for this one Elohim only will I worship, which is the Elohim of glory." (Genesis 1:20)

5. You shall not lean unto your own understanding over YHWH's word.

"Of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it; nevertheless, thou mayest choose for thyself, for it is given unto thee; but remember that I forbid it; for in the day thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die." (Genesis 3:20-22)

"Of the fruit of the tree which you behold in the midst of the garden, Elohim has said, You shall not eat of it; neither shall you touch it, lest you die." (Genesis 4:9)

"And the serpent said unto the woman, you shall not surely die; for Elohim does know that in the day you eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be as elohim, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it became pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make her wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat." (Genesis 4:10-11)

"YHWH Elohim said unto Adam, Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree whereof I commanded you that you should not eat; if so, you should surely die?" (Genesis 4:16)

"Because you have hearkened unto the voice of your wife and have eaten of the fruit of the tree of which I commanded you, saying, you shall not eat of it, cursed shall be the ground for thy sake." (Genesis 4:22-25)

"Of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it; for in the time that you eat thereof, you shall surely die." (Avraham 5:13)

"He that revered the word of YHWH among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses; and he that regarded not the word of YHWH left his servants and his cattle in the field." (Exodus 9:20-21)

6. You shall not seek to take YHWH Elohim's power unto yourself.

"Because that Satan rebelled against me and ... sought ... that I should give unto him mine own power." (Genesis 4:4)

"They said, Come, go to; let us build us a city and a tower whose top will be high, nigh unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. And YHWH came down, beholding the city and the tower which the children of men were building; and YHWH said, Behold, the people are the same, and they all have the same language; and this tower they begin to build; and now, nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined, except I, YHWH, confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. So I, YHWH, will scatter them abroad from thence, upon all the face of the land and unto every quarter of the earth. And they were confounded and left off to build the city; and they hearkened not unto YHWH; therefore, is the name of it called Babel because YHWH was displeased with their works and did there confound the language of all the earth; and from thence did YHWH scatter them abroad upon the face thereof." (Genesis 12:3-6)

"These two facts do exist, that there are two spirits, one being more intelligent than the other; there shall be another more intelligent than they; I am YHWH your Elohim, I am more intelligent than they all." (Avraham 3:19)

7. You shall not seek to cover your own sins.

"And Adam and his wife went to hide themselves from the presence of YHWH Elohim amongst the trees of the garden. And I, YHWH Elohim, called unto Adam and said unto him, Where goest thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I beheld that I was naked; and I hid myself." (Genesis 4:14-15)

"All these things were done in secret. And Qayin said, Truly I am Mahan, the master of this great secret, that I may murder and get gain." (Genesis 6:15-16)

"Irad, the son of Chanock, having known their secret, began to reveal it unto the sons of Adam; wherefore, Lemek, being angry, slew him; not like unto Qayin his brother Havel for the sake of getting gain; but he slew him for the oath's sake; For, from the days of Qayin, there was a secret combination; and their works were in the dark, and they knew every man his brother." (Genesis 6:36-37)

"Yehuda said unto his brethren, What profit is it if we slay our brother and conceal his blood? ... Let not our hand be upon him; for he is our brother and our flesh." (Genesis 38:26-27)

"When Moshe was grown, that he went out unto his brethren, and looked on their burdens; and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Ivri, one of his brethren. And he looked this way and that way; and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. And when he went out the second day, behold, two men of the Ivrim strove together; and he said to him that did the wrong, Wherefore smited you your fellow? Who made you a prince and a judge over us? Intend you to kill me as you killed the Egyptian? And Moshe feared and said, Surely this thing is known." (Exodus 2:11-14)

8. Man is given a limited probation upon this earth and is appointed to die.

"You shall surely die; for out of it you were taken; for dust you were, and unto dust shall you return." (Genesis 4:25)

9. You shall not love the Satan or choose him over YHWH Elohim.

"They loved Satan more than Elohim. And men began from that time forth to be carnal, sensual, and devilish." (Genesis 5:13)

"Qayin loved the Satan more than Elohim." (Genesis 6:6)

"Qayin took one of his brother's daughters to wife, and they loved the Satan more than Elohim." (Genesis 6:13)

"The Satan shall be their father, and misery shall be their doom." (Genesis 8:43)

"[The Satan] was angry, and kept not his first estate; and, at that day, many followed after him." (Avraham 3:28)

10. You shall not believe the Satan is a son of Elohim.

"The Satan came among them, saying, I am also a son of Elohim. ... And men began from that time forth to be carnal, sensual, and devilish." (Genesis 5:13)

11. You shall not be worldly.

"They loved the Satan more than Elohim. And men began from that time forth to be carnal." (Genesis 5:13)

"Behold, the Satan has come among the children of men and tempts them to worship him; and men have become carnal ... and are shut out from the presence of Elohim. But Elohim has made known unto our fathers that all men must repent." (Genesis 7:50-51)

12. You shall not follow the natural man.

"They loved the Satan more than Elohim. And men began from that time forth to be sensual." (Genesis 5:13)

"Behold, the Satan has come among the children of men and tempts them to worship him; and men have become ... sensual ... and are shut out from the presence of Elohim. But Elohim has made known unto our fathers that all men must repent." (Genesis 7:50-51)

13. You shall not be devilish.

"They loved the Satan more than Elohim. And men began from that time forth to be devilish." (Genesis 5:13)

"Behold, the Satan has come among the children of men and tempts them to worship him; and men have become ... devilish, and are shut out from the presence of Elohim. But Elohim has made known unto our fathers that all men must repent." (Genesis 7:50-51)

14. You shall not reject the word of YHWH Elohim, but shall believe in his word.

"Adam blessed Elohim, and was filled, and began to prophesy concerning all the families of the earth, saying, Blessed be the name of Elohim; for because of my transgression, my eyes are opened; and in this life I shall have joy, and again, in the flesh I shall see Elohim. Chavvah, his wife, heard all these things and was glad, saying, Were it not for our transgression, we never should have had seed and never should have known good and evil, and the joy of our redemption, and the eternal life which Elohim gives unto all the obedient. And Adam and Chavvah blessed the name of Elohim; and they made all things known unto their sons and their daughters. The Satan came among them, ... and he commanded them, saying, Believe it not. And they believed it not; and they loved the Satan more than Elohim." (Genesis 5:10-13)

"[Chavvah] said, I have gotten a man from YHWH; wherefore, he may not reject his words. But, behold, also, Qayin hearkened not, saying, Who is YHWH, that I should know him?" (Genesis 6:4)

"Qayin was wroth and listened not any more to the voice of YHWH." (Genesis 6:11)

"Elohim said unto Adam, If you will ... hearken unto my voice, and believe ... you shall receive the gift of the Set-Apart Behaviour, asking all things in his name; and whatsoever you shall ask, it shall be given you." (Genesis 7:53)

"Behold, our father Adam taught these things; and many have believed and become the sons of Elohim; and many have believed not, and have perished in their sins, and are looking forth with fear, in torment, for the fiery indignation of the wrath of Elohim to be poured out upon them." (Genesis 8:1)

"Hearken and give heed unto my words. Believe, and repent of your sins." (Genesis 9:11)

"They hearkened not unto YHWH; therefore, is the name of it called Babel because YHWH was displeased with their works and did there confound the language of all the earth; and from thence did YHWH scatter them abroad upon the face thereof." (Genesis 12:6)

"Now, if you will deal kindly and truly with my master, tell me; and if not, tell me, that I may turn to the right hand or to the left. Then Lavan and Bethuel answered and said, The thing proceeds from YHWH; we cannot speak unto you bad or good. Behold, Rivka is before you. Take her and go; and let her be your master's son's wife, as YHWH has spoken." (Genesis 25:53-55)

"A seer will I raise up out of the fruit of your loins, and unto him will I give power to bring forth my word unto the seed of your loins; and not to the bringing forth of my word only, saith YHWH, but to the convincing them of my word, which shall have already gone forth among them in the last days." (Genesis 51:30)

15. You shall listen to and follow the voice of YHWH Elohim, and shall not reject his voice.

"Havel hearkened unto the voice of YHWH." (Genesis 6:5)

"Elohim cursed the earth with a sore curse and was angry with the wicked, with all the sons of men whom he had made; for they would not hearken unto his voice." (Genesis 6:43)

"Yea, even the devil ... to blind men and to lead them captive at his will, even as many as would not hearken unto my voice." (Genesis 4:5)

"Repent, for thus saith YHWH, I am angry with this people, and my fierce anger is kindled against them; for ... their ears are dull of hearing." (Genesis 7:27)

"Elohim said unto Adam, If you will ... hearken unto my voice ... you shall receive the gift of the Set-Apart Behaviour, asking all things in his name; and whatsoever you shall ask, it shall be given you." (Genesis 7:53)

"Noach and his sons hearkened unto YHWH and gave heed; and they were called the sons of Elohim." (Genesis 9:1)

"Mine anger is kindled against the sons of men, for they will not hearken to my voice." (Genesis 9:3)

"I have purposed to take you away out of Haran, and to make of you a minister to bear my name in a strange land which I will give unto your seed after you for an everlasting possession, when they hearken to my voice." (Avraham 2:6)

"You did send your messenger to deliver me from the gods of Elkenah, and I will do well to hearken unto your voice." (Avraham 2:13)

"Avraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws." (Genesis 27:1-4)

"Pharaoh said, Who is YHWH, that I should obey his voice to let Ya'sharel go? I know not YHWH, neither will I let Ya'sharel go." (Exodus 5:2)

16. You shall not follow the commands of the Satan.

"The Satan sware unto Qayin, that he would do according to his commands." (Genesis 6:15)

"[The Satan] was angry, and kept not his first estate; and, at that day, many followed after him." (Avraham 3:28)

17. Secret Combinations are an abomination unto YHWH and you shall not join with or enter into them.

"It shall be said in time to come that these abominations were had from Qayin, for he rejected the greater counsel which was had from Elohim. ... The Satan said unto Qayin, Swear unto me by your throat; and if you tell it, you shall die; and swear your brethren by their heads and by the living Elohim, that they tell it not; for if they tell it, they shall surely die; and this that your father may not know it; and this day I will deliver your brother Havel into your hands. And the Satan sware unto Qayin, that he would do according to his commands. And all these things were done in secret. And Qayin said, Truly I am Mahan, the master of this great secret, that I may murder and get gain. Wherefore, Qayin was called Master Mahan; and he gloried in his wickedness. And Qayin went into the field, and Qayin talked with Havel, his brother; and it came to pass that while they were in the field, Qayin rose up against Havel, his brother, and slew him. And Qayin gloried in that which he had done, saying, I am free; surely the flocks of my brother fall into my hands." (Genesis 6:10, 14-18)

"Lemek said unto his wives, Adah and Zillah, Hear my voice, you wives of Lemek; hearken unto my speech, for I have slain a man to my wounding, and a young man to my hurt. If Qayin shall be avenged sevenfold, truly Lemek shall be seventy and sevenfold. For Lemek, having entered into a covenant with the Satan after the manner of Qayin, wherein he became Master Mahan, master of that great secret which was administered unto Qayin by the Satan, and Irad, the son of Chanock, having known their secret, began to reveal it unto the sons of Adam; wherefore, Lemek, being angry, slew him; not like unto Qayin his brother Havel for the sake of getting gain; but he slew him for the oath's sake; for, from the days of Qayin, there was a secret combination; and their works were in the dark, and they knew every man his brother. Wherefore, YHWH cursed Lemek and his house and all they that had covenanted with the Satan; for they kept not the commandments of Elohim. And it displeased Elohim, and he ministered not unto them. And their works were abominations and began to spread among all the sons of men. And it was among the sons of men. And among the daughters of men, these things were not spoken because that Lemek had spoken the secret unto his wives, and they rebelled against him, and declared these things abroad, and had not compassion. Wherefore, Lemek was despised, and cast out, and came not among the sons of men, lest he should die. And thus the works of darkness began to prevail among all the sons of men." (Genesis 6:33-42)

"The Satan had great dominion among men and raged in their hearts; and from thenceforth ... a man's hand was against his own brother in administering death because of secret works, seeking for power." (Genesis 7:13-14)

"Repent, for thus saith YHWH, I am angry with this people, and my fierce anger is kindled against them ... even since the day that I created them, have they ... sought their own counsels in the dark; and in their own abominations have they devised murder. Wherefore, they have forsworn themselves, and by their oaths they have brought upon themselves death. And a hell I have prepared for them if they repent not." (Genesis 7:27-30)

"Yosef went after his brethren and found them in Dothan. And when they saw him afar off, even before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him. And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer comes. Come now, therefore, and let us slay him and cast him into some pit. And we will say, Some evil beast has devoured him. And we shall see what will become of his dreams. And Reuven heard it; and he delivered him out of their hands and said, Let us not kill him. And Reuven said unto them, Shed no blood, but cast him into this pit that is in the wilderness, and lay no hand upon him; that he might rid him out of their hands, to deliver him to his father again. ... They said one to another, We are verily guilty concerning our brother, in that we saw the anguish of his soul when he besought us, and we would not hear; therefore is this distress come upon us. And Reuven answered them, saying, Spake I not unto you, saying, Do not sin against the child? And you would not hear? Therefore, behold, also his blood is required." (Genesis 38:17-22, 43:21-22)

"Shimon and Levi are brethren; instruments of cruelty are in their habitations. O my soul, come not you into their secret; unto their assembly, mine honor, be not you united; for in their anger they slew a man, and in their self-will they digged down a wall. Cursed be their anger, for it was fierce, and their wrath, for it was cruel; I will divide them in Ya'aqov and scatter them in Ya'sharel." (Genesis 50:5-7)

18. You shall not make offerings to YHWH Elohim under the direction of the Satan.

"The Satan commanded Qayin, saying, Make an offering unto YHWH. And in process of time, it came to pass that Qayin brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto YHWH." (Genesis 6:6)

19. You shall not reject the counsel of YHWH Elohim in favour of the counsel of man.

"Qayin ... rejected the greater counsel which was had from Elohim." (Genesis 6:10)

"Repent, for thus saith YHWH, I am angry with this people, and my fierce anger is kindled against them ... even since the day that I created them, have they ... denied me, and have sought their own counsels in the dark." (Genesis 7:27-28)

"Why counsel ye yourselves and deny the Elohim of heaven?" (Genesis 7:45)

20. You shall not enter into covenants with the Satan.

"The Satan said unto Qayin, Swear unto me by thy throat." (Genesis 6:14)

"For Lemek, having entered into a covenant with the Satan after the manner of Qayin, wherein he became Master Mahan." (Genesis 6:35)

"YHWH cursed Lemek and his house and all they that had covenanted with the Satan; for they kept not the commandments of Elohim. And it displeased Elohim, and he ministered not unto them." (Genesis 6:38)

21. You shall accept the Good News (Besorah/Gospel), that is, the Plan of Salvation. Death came because of the fall. The fall came because of transgression against YHWH's Torah. No unclean thing can dwell in the presence of YHWH Elohim. Yeshua is the lamb slain before the foundation of the world. He came in the flesh and was lifted up on the cross. We must be born again as a Child of Elohim into the Kingdom of Heaven by water and justified by the spirit, and be cleansed and sanctified from all sin by the blood and grace of Yeshua haMashiach so that we may be saved and receive eternal life and the gift of the Set-Apart Behaviour before we die in our sins.

"The gospel began to be preached from the beginning, being declared by holy angels sent forth from the presence of Elohim, and by his own voice, and by the gift of the Set-Apart Behaviour. And thus all things were confirmed unto Adam by a holy ordinance, and the gospel preached, and a decree sent forth that it should be in the world until the end thereof; and thus it was." (Genesis 6:44-45)

"All men, everywhere, must repent, or they can in no wise inherit the kingdom of Elohim. For no unclean thing can dwell there, or dwell in his presence; for in the language of Adam, Man of Holiness is his name; and the name of his Only Begotten is the Son of Man, even Yeshua haMashiach, a righteous judge, who shall come in the meridian of time. ... By reason of transgression comes the fall, which fall brings death; and inasmuch as you were born into the world by water, and blood, and the spirit, which I have made, and so become of dust a living soul, Even so you must be born again into the kingdom of heaven, of water, and of the Spirit, and be cleansed by blood, even the blood of mine Only Begotten, that you may be sanctified from all sin and enjoy the words of eternal life in this world and eternal life in the world to come; even immortal glory. For by the water you keep the commandment; by the Spirit you are justified; and by the blood you are sanctified. Therefore, it is given to abide in you the record of heaven, the Comforter, the peaceable things of immortal glory, the truth of all things, that which quickens all things, which makes alive all things, that which knows all things, and has all power according to wisdom, mercy, truth, justice, and judgment. And now, behold, I say unto you, This is the plan of salvation unto all men through the blood of mine Only Begotten, who shall come in the meridian of time." (Genesis 7:59-65)

"He suffers for their sins, inasmuch as they will repent, in the day that my chosen shall return unto me; and until that day they shall be in torment." (Genesis 8:45)

"When shall the blood of the righteous be shed, that all they that mourn may be sanctified and have eternal life? And YHWH said, It shall be in the meridian of time, in the days of wickedness and vengeance. And behold, Chanock saw the day of the coming of the Son of Man, even in the flesh; and his soul rejoiced, saying, The righteous is lifted up; and the Lamb is slain from the foundation of the world; and through faith I am in the bosom of the Father; and behold, Tsiyyon is with me!" (Genesis 8:52-54)

"YHWH said ... I am Mashiach, the King of Tsiyyon, the Rock of Heaven, which is broad as eternity; and whoso cometh in at the gate and climbs up by me shall never fall." (Genesis 8:59)

"Chanock looked and beheld the Son of Man lifted up on the cross after the manner of men. And he heard a loud voice, and the heavens were veiled; and all the creations of Elohim mourned, and the earth groaned; and the rocks were rent; and the saints arose and were crowned at the right hand of the Son of Man with crowns of glory. And as many of the spirits as were in prison came forth and stood on the right hand of Elohim. ... And Chanock beheld the Son of Man ascend up unto the Father. ... You have made me and given unto me a right to your throne, and not of myself, but through your own grace." (Genesis 8:62-64, 66)

"Great tribulations shall be among the children of men; but my people will I preserve." (Genesis 8:69)

"Truth will I send forth out of the earth, to bear testimony of mine Only Begotten, his resurrection from the dead, yes, and also the resurrection of all men." (Genesis 8:69)

"The day comes that the Son of Man shall live. But how can he live if he be not dead? He must first be quickened. And it came to pass that Avram looked forth, and saw the days of the Son of Man, and was glad; and his soul found rest, and he believed in YHWH; and YHWH counted it unto him for righteousness." (Genesis 16:11-12)

"The scepter shall not depart from Yehuda, nor a lawgiver from between his feet until Shiloh come; and he shall be the expectation of the nations. Binding his foal unto the vine and his donkey's colt unto the choice vine, he washed his garments in wine and his clothes in the blood of grapes; his eyes shall be red with wine and his teeth white with milk." (Genesis 50:10-12)

"They shall be remembered in the covenants of YHWH when the Mashiach comes; for he shall be made manifest unto them in the latter days, in the Spirit of power, and shall bring them out of darkness into light; out of hidden darkness and out of captivity unto freedom." (Genesis 50:25)

22. You shall have faith in YHWH Elohim and his promises.

"Faith was taught unto the children of men." (Genesis 7:24)

"Through faith I am in the bosom of the Father; and behold, Tsiyyon is with me!" (Genesis 8:54)

"Malki-tsedeq was a man of faith." (Genesis 15:26)

23. You shall not have a hard heart.

"Repent, for thus saith YHWH, I am angry with this people, and my fierce anger is kindled against them; for their hearts have grown hard." (Genesis 7:27)

"YHWH said unto Moshe, When you go to return into Egypt, see that you do all those wonders before Pharaoh which I have put in your hand; and I will prosper you; but Pharaoh will harden his heart, and he will not let the people go." (Exodus 4:21)

"Pharaoh will harden his heart, as I said unto you; and you shall multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt. But Pharaoh will not hearken unto you: therefore, I will lay my hand upon Egypt and bring forth mine armies, my people, the children of Ya'sharel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments." (Exodus 7:3-4)

"Pharaoh hardened his heart, that he hearkened not unto them, as YHWH had said. ... And you shall say unto him, YHWH Elohim of the Ivrim has sent me unto you, saying, Let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness; and behold, hitherto you would not hear. Thus saith YHWH, In this you shall know that I am YHWH; behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood. And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Egyptians shall loathe to drink of the water of the river." (Exodus 7:13, 16-18)

"The magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments; and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them, as YHWH had said." (Exodus 7:22)

"When Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart and hearkened not unto them, as YHWH had said. And YHWH said unto Moshe, Say unto Aharon, Stretch out your rod and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt."(Genesis 8:15-16)

"The magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not; so there were lice upon man and upon beast. Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of Elohim; and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them, as YHWH had said." (Exodus 8:18-19)

"Pharaoh hardened his heart at this time also; neither would he let the people go." (Exodus 8:32)

"The heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go. And YHWH said unto Moshe and unto Aharon, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moshe sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh. And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man and upon beast throughout all the land of Egypt. And they took ashes of the furnace and stood before Pharaoh; and Moshe sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil, breaking forth with blains upon man and upon beast." (Exodus 9:7-10)

"Pharaoh hardened his heart, and he hearkened not unto them, as YHWH had spoken unto Moshe." (Exodus 9:12)

"When Pharaoh saw that the rain, and the hail, and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more and hardened his heart, he and his servants. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened; neither would he let the children of Ya'sharel go, as YHWH had spoken by Moshe." (Exodus 9:34-35)

"YHWH said unto Moshe, Go in unto Pharaoh; for he has hardened his heart and the hearts of his servants; therefore, I will show these my signs before him. (Exodus 10:1)

"YHWH turned a mighty strong west wind, which took away the locusts and cast them into the Red Sea; there remained not one locust in all the coasts of Egypt. But Pharaoh hardened his heart so that he would not let the children of Ya'sharel go. And YHWH said unto Moshe, Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. And Moshe stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days. They saw not one another; neither rose any from his place for three days; but all the children of Ya'sharel had light in their dwellings." (Exodus 10:19-23)

"Moshe and Aharon did all these wonders before Pharaoh, and they went out from Pharaoh; and he was in great anger. And Pharaoh hardened his heart so that he would not let the children of Ya'sharel go out of his land." (Exodus 11:10)

24. You shall choose to serve YHWH Elohim.

"Choose ye this day to serve YHWH Elohim who made you." (Genesis 7:35)

"YHWH said, Certainly I will be with you; and this shall be a token unto you that I have sent you. When you have brought forth the people out of Egypt, you shall serve Elohim upon this mountain." (Exodus 3:12)

"Thus saith YHWH, Ya'sharel is my son, even my firstborn; and I say unto you, Let my son go that he may serve me." (Exodus 4:22)

25. You shall turn unto YHWH Elohim.

"Elohim said unto Adam, If you will, turn unto me ... you shall receive the gift of the Set-Apart Behaviour, asking all things in his name; and whatsoever you shall ask, it shall be given you." (Genesis 7:53)

26. You shall become sanctified from all sin by the blood of Yeshua haMashiach.

"Be cleansed by blood, even the blood of mine Only Begotten, that you may be sanctified from all sin and enjoy the words of eternal life in this world and eternal life in the world to come; even immortal glory. ...By the Spirit you are justified; and by the blood you are sanctified." (Genesis 7:62-63)

27. You shall not follow the wicked thoughts of your heart.

"The Satan put it into the heart of the serpent; for he had drawn away many after him." (Genesis 4:7)

"The Satan had great dominion among men and raged in their hearts; and from thenceforth came wars and bloodshed. And a man's hand was against his own brother in administering death because of secret works, seeking for power." (Genesis 7:13-14)

"Elohim saw that the wickedness of man had become great in the earth; and every man was lifted up in the imagination of the thoughts of his heart, being only evil continually." (Genesis 9:10)

"The imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth." (Genesis 10:6)

28. You shall not credit the atonement to the death of Havel.

"They have turned from the commandment, and ... have said that the blood of the righteous Havel was shed for sins, and have not known wherein they are accountable before me." (Genesis 18:6-7)

29. You shall not reject Torah.

"Lot went out of the door unto them, and shut the door after him, and said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly. And they said unto him, Stand back. And they were angry with him. And they said among themselves, This one man came in to sojourn among us, and he will needs now make himself to be a judge; now we will deal worse with him than with them." (Genesis 20:8-10)

30. You shall study Torah.

"Ya'aqov was a plain man, dwelling in tents." (Genesis 26:27)

31. You shall cease worshipping false gods.

"Ya'aqov said unto his household and to all that were with him, Put away the strange gods that are among you, and be clean, and change your garments. ... And they gave unto Ya'aqov all the strange gods which were in their hand and all their earrings which were in their ears; and Jacob hid them under the oak which was by Shechem." (Genesis 36:2, 4)

32. The interpretations of dreams belongs to YHWH Elohim.

"They said unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is no interpreter of it. And Yosef said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to Elohim? Tell me them, I pray you." (Genesis 41:8)

"Pharaoh said unto Yosef, I have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it; and I have heard say of you that you can understand a dream to interpret it. And Yosef answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me; Elohim shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace." (Genesis 42:15-16)

33. You shall not fear.

"He saw ... men's hearts failing them, looking forth with fear for the judgment of the Almighty Elohim, which should come upon the wicked." (Genesis 8:74)

34. You shall not ascribe the power and authority of YHWH Elohim to your own merits.

35. You shall not assume the place of YHWH Elohim.

"His brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be your servants. And Yosef said unto them, Fear not. For am I in the place of Elohim?" (Genesis 51:18-19)

36. You shall not follow the laws of man that are in violation of YHWH Elohim's Torah.

"The midwives revered Elohim and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them. ... Therefore, Elohim dealt well with the midwives; and the people multiplied and waxed very mighty. And it came to pass, because the midwives revered Elohim, that he made them houses." (Exodus 1:17, 20-22)

37. You shall not exalt yourself.

"Speak unto Pharaoh the thing which I command you, who as yet exalts himself that he will not let them go." (Exodus 9:17)

38. You shall not harden other peoples' hearts.

"The magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments; and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them, as YHWH had said." (Exodus 7:22)

"YHWH said unto Moshe, Go in unto Pharaoh; for he has hardened his heart and the hearts of his servants; therefore, I will show these my signs before him." (Exodus 10:1)

39. You shall be humble.

"Thus saith YHWH Elohim of the Ivrim, How long will you refuse to humble yourself before me?" (Exodus 10:3)

The Second Division of Torah

You shall not bow to, serve, or make a graven image.

"Now, at this time it was the custom of the priest of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, to offer up upon the altar which was built in the land of Chaldea, for the offering unto these strange gods, men, women, and children." (Avraham 1:8)

"These virgins were offered up because of their virtue; they would not bow down to worship gods of wood or of stone, therefore they were killed upon this altar, and it was done after the manner of the Egyptians." (Avraham 1:11)

"Lavan went to shear his sheep; and Rachel had stolen the images that were her father's. ... And Lavan said to Ya'aqov, yet wherefore have you stolen my gods? ... Ya'aqov answered, With whomsoever you find your gods, let him not live; before our brethren discern you what is yours with me, and take it to you. For Ya'aqov knew not that Rachel had stolen them." (Genesis 32:19, 26, 30, 32)

1. You shall offer sacrifices in the manner that YHWH Elohim has prescribed.

"Elohim revealed himself unto Sheth; and he rebelled not, but offered an acceptable sacrifice like unto his brother Havel." (Genesis 7:4)

"YHWH Elohim of the Ivrim has met with us; and now let us go, we beseech you, three days' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to YHWH, our Elohim." (Exodus 3:18)

"The Elohim of the Ivrim has met with us; let us go, we pray you, three days' journey into the desert and sacrifice unto YHWH, our Elohim, lest he fall upon us with pestilence or with the sword." (Exodus 5:3)

"Pharaoh called for Moshe and Aharon and said, Entreat YHWH, that he may take away the frogs from me and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may do sacrifice unto YHWH." (Exodus 8:8)

"Pharaoh called for Moshe and for Aharon and said, Go you; sacrifice to your Elohim in the land. And Moshe said, It is not meet so to do; for we shall sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians to YHWH, our Elohim. Lo, shall we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, and will they not stone us? We will go three days' journey into the wilderness and sacrifice to YHWH our Elohim, as he shall command us. And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that you may sacrifice to YHWH, your Elohim, in the wilderness; only you shall not go very far away; entreat for me." (Exodus 8:25-28)

"Moshe said, you must give us also sacrifices and burnt offerings, that we may sacrifice unto YHWH, our Elohim. Our cattle also shall go with us; there shall not a hoof be left behind, for thereof must we take to serve YHWH, our Elohim; and we know not with what we must serve YHWH until we come thither." (Exodus 10:25-26)

2. All things are created to bear record of YHWH Elohim, that we may have no excuse to reject him.

"All things have their likeness; and all things are created and made to bear record of me: both things which are temporal and things which are spiritual, things which are in the heavens above, and things which are on the earth, and things which are in the earth, and things which are under the earth, both above and beneath; all things bear record of me." (Genesis 7:66)

3. You shall make burnt offerings for thanks unto YHWH Elohim in the manner that he has prescribed. †

"Noah builded an altar unto YHWH, and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar, and gave thanks unto YHWH, and rejoiced in his heart. And YHWH spake unto Noah, and he blessed him. And Noah smelled a sweet savor." (Genesis 10:4-5)

"Ya'aqov offered sacrifice upon the mount." (Genesis 32:54)

"Ya'sharel took his journey with all that he had, and came to Beer-sheba, and offered sacrifices unto the Elohim of his father Yitzchak." (Genesis 47:1)

4. You shall only offer clean animals unto YHWH Elohim. †

5. You shall not practice immersion by sprinkling of blood.

"My people have gone astray from my precepts and have not kept mine ordinances, which I gave unto their fathers; and they have not observed ... the burial, or baptism wherewith I commanded them, they have turned from the commandment, and taken unto themselves the ... blood of sprinkling." (Genesis 18:4-6)

6. You shall observe YHWH's Anointing. †

"My people have gone astray from my precepts and have not kept mine ordinances, which I gave unto their fathers; and they have not observed mine anointing." (Genesis 18:4)

7. Remove the graven images from among you, if there are any.

8. You shall make drink offerings in the manner prescribed by YHWH Elohim.

"Ya'aqov set up a pillar in the place where he talked with YHWH Elohim, even a pillar of stone; and he poured a drink offering thereon, and he poured oil thereon." (Genesis 36:14)

9. You shall make offerings of oil in the manner prescribed by YHWH Elohim. †

"Ya'aqov set up a pillar in the place where he talked with YHWH Elohim, even a pillar of stone; and he poured oil thereon." (Genesis 36:14)

10. You shall remove your shoes before entering in to set-apart grounds.

"YHWH said, Draw not near hear; put off your shoes from off your feet; for the place whereon you stand is holy ground." (Exodus 3:5)

The Third Division of Torah

You shall not take the name of YHWH your Elohim in vain.

""My father peradventure will feel me, and I shall seem to him as a deceiver; and I shall bring a curse upon me and not a blessing. ... And Yitzchak said unto his son, How is it that you have found it so quickly, my son? And he said, Because YHWH, your Elohim, brought it to me." (Genesis 28:12, 20)

"The Messenger, which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them and the name of my fathers Avraham and Yitzchak; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth." (Genesis 49:22)

1. Mankind is to subdue and have dominion over the earth and sea, and every living thing upon it.

"I, Elohim, said, Let [man] have dominion over the fishes of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. ...And I, Elohim, blessed [man and woman] and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth. (Genesis 2:28, 30)

"Adam began to ... have dominion over all the beasts of the field ... as I, YHWH, had commanded him. (Genesis 5:1)

"The fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moves upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered." (Genesis 10:8)

"Let us go down and form man in our image, after our likeness; and we will give them dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. ...We will cause them to be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it, and to have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth." (Avraham 4:26, 28)

2. You shall repent. (Turn from your ways, and turn towards YHWH and his way of Torah.)

"You shall repent." (Genesis 5:8)

"YHWH Elohim called upon men, by the Set-Apart Behaviour, everywhere, and commanded them that they should repent." (Genesis 6:1)

"And as many as ... repented of their sins should be saved. And as many as ... repented not should be damned. And the words went forth out of the mouth of Elohim in a firm decree; wherefore, they must be fulfilled." (Genesis 6:2)

"Adam hearkened unto the voice of Elohim and called upon his sons to repent." (Genesis 7:1)

"They were preachers of righteousness, and spake, and prophesied, and called upon all men everywhere to repent." (Genesis 7:24)

"Repent, for thus saith YHWH, I am angry with this people, and my fierce anger is kindled against them. ... And a hell I have prepared for them if they repent not." (Genesis 7:27, 30)

"Elohim has made known unto our fathers that all men must repent." (Genesis 7:51)

"Elohim said unto Adam, If you will ... repent of all your transgressions ... you shall receive the gift of the Set-Apart Behaviour, asking all things in his name; and whatsoever you shall ask, it shall be given you." (Genesis 7:53)

" I have given unto you another law and commandment; wherefore, teach it unto your children that all men, everywhere, must repent, or they can in no wise inherit the kingdom of Elohim. For no unclean thing can dwell there, or dwell in his presence." (Genesis 7:59-60)

"Many have believed not, and have perished in their sins, and are looking forth with fear, in torment, for the fiery indignation of the wrath of Elohim to be poured out upon them." (Genesis 8:1)

"He suffers for their sins, inasmuch as they will repent, in the day that my chosen shall return unto me; and until that day they shall be in torment." (Genesis 8:45)

"Noach called upon the children of men, that they should repent." (Genesis 9:8)

3. You shall do all things in the character of the Messiah.

"You shall do all that you do in the name of the Son." (Genesis 5:8)

4. You shall be Set-Apart (Holy/Kodesh) and walk in holiness before YHWH.

"Havel ... walked in holiness before YHWH." (Genesis 6:11)

"No unclean thing can dwell in the Kingdom of Elohim, or dwell in his presence; for in the language of Adam, Man of Holiness is his name." (Genesis 7:60)

"Behold, I am Elohim; Man of Holiness is my name." (Genesis 8:42)

"I will put a division between my people and Pharaoh's people; tomorrow shall this sign be." (Exodus 8:3)

"Against any of the children of Ya'sharel shall not a dog move his tongue against man or beast, that you may know how that YHWH does put a difference between the Egyptians and Ya'sharel." (Exodus 11:7)

5. You shall not glory in sin.

"Qayin was called Master Mahan; and he gloried in his wickedness. ... Qayin rose up against Havel, his brother, and slew him and Qayin gloried in that which he had done." (Genesis 6:16, 18)

"Cham, the father of Kenaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his brethren without." (Genesis 10:28)

8. You shall take upon yourself the character of Yeshua haMashiach.

"Mine Only Begotten Son, who is full of grace and truth, which is Yeshua haMashiach, the only name which shall be given under heaven whereby salvation shall come unto the children of men." (Genesis 7:53)

9. You shall ask for all things, that is, the promises to YHWH's people found in Torah, in the character of Yeshua haMashiach, and they shall be given unto you.

"Elohim said unto Adam, ... asking all things in his name; and whatsoever you shall ask, it shall be given you." (Genesis 7:53)

10. You shall receive the Baptism of the Set-Apart Behaviour and receive the Gift of the Set-Apart Behaviour.

"Elohim said unto Adam, ... You shall receive the gift of the Set-Apart Behaviour." (Genesis 7:53)

"Therefore, it is given to abide in you the record of heaven, the Comforter, the peaceable things of immortal glory, the truth of all things, that which quickens all things, which makes alive all things, that which knows all things, and has all power according to wisdom, mercy, truth, justice, and judgment." (Genesis 7:64)

"The Spirit of Elohim descended upon Adam; and thus he was born of the Spirit and became quickened in the inner man. And he heard a voice out of heaven, saying, You are immersed with fire and with the Set-Apart Behaviour; this is the record of the Father and the Son from henceforth and forever." (Genesis 7:68-69)

"The Set-Apart Behaviour fell on many, and they were caught up by the powers of heaven into Tsiyyon." (Genesis 8:34)

"Hearken and give heed unto my words. Believe, and repent of your sins, and be immersed in the name of Yeshua haMashiach, the Son of Elohim, even as our fathers did, and you shall receive the Set-Apart Behaviour, that you may have all things made manifest." (Genesis 9:11)

11. You shall be clean.

"No unclean thing can dwell in the Kingdom of Elohim, or dwell in his presence; for in the language of Adam, Man of Holiness is his name." (Genesis 7:60)

"Chanock looked upon the earth; and he heard a voice from the bowels thereof, saying, Woe! woe! is me, the mother of men! I am pained; I am weary because of the wickedness of my children! When shall I rest and be cleansed from the filthiness which has gone forth out of me?" (Genesis 8:55)

"Ya'aqov said unto his household and to all that were with him, Put away the strange gods that are among you, and be clean, and change your garments." (Genesis 36:2)

12. You shall receive the Holy Priesthood After the Order of the Son of Elohim (The Priesthood of Malki-Tsedeq/The High Priesthood) according to the way that YHWH Elohim has established in His revealed word.

"[Adam] heard a voice out of heaven, saying ... You are after the order of him who was without beginning of days or end of years, from all eternity to all eternity." (Genesis 7:69-70)

"YHWH ordained Noach after his own order and commanded him that he should go forth." (Genesis 9:7)

"I sought for the blessings of the fathers, and the right whereunto I should be ordained to administer the same; having been myself a follower of righteousness, desiring also to be one who possessed great knowledge, and to be a greater follower of righteousness, and to possess a greater knowledge, and to be a father of many nations, a prince of peace, and desiring to receive instructions, and to keep the commandments of Elohim, I became a rightful heir, a High Priest, holding the right belonging to the fathers. It was conferred upon me from the fathers; it came down from the fathers, from the beginning of time, yea, even from the beginning, or before the foundation of the earth, down to the present time, even the right of the firstborn, or the first man, who is Adam, or first father, through the fathers unto me. I sought for mine appointment unto the Priesthood according to the appointment of Elohim unto the fathers concerning the seed." (Avraham 1:2-4)

"Avraham, my son, ... I will lead you by my hand, and I will take you, to put upon you my name, even the Priesthood of your father, and my power shall be over you." (Avraham 1:17-18)

"Having been approved of Elohim, he was ordained a high priest after the order of the covenant which Elohim made with Chanock, it being after the order of the Son of Elohim, which order came not by man, nor the will of man, neither by father nor mother, neither by beginning of days nor end of years, but of Elohim. And it was delivered unto men by the calling of his own voice, according to his own will, unto as many as believed on his name; for Elohim, having sworn unto Chanock and unto his seed with an oath by himself that everyone being ordained after this order and calling should have power, by faith, to break mountains, to divide the seas, to dry up waters, to turn them out of their course, to put at defiance the armies of nations, to divide the earth, to break every band, to stand in the presence of Elohim, to do all things according to his will, according to his command, subdue principalities and powers; and this by the will of the Son of Elohim which was from before the foundation of the world. And men having this faith, coming up unto this order of Elohim, were translated and taken up into heaven. And now, Malki-tsedeq was a priest of this order; therefore, he obtained peace in Salem and was called the prince of peace." (Genesis 15:27-33)

13. You shall be righteous.

"They were preachers of righteousness, and spake, and prophesied, and called upon all men everywhere to repent." (Genesis 7:24)

"Chanock said unto them, I came out from the land of Qenan, the land of my fathers, a land of righteousness unto this day; and my father taught me in all the ways of Elohim." (Genesis 7:43)

"There went forth a curse upon all the people which fought against Elohim. And from that time forth, there were wars and bloodshed among them; but YHWH came and dwelt with his people, and they dwelt in righteousness." (Genesis 8:19-20)

"YHWH called his people Tsiyyon because they were of one heart, and of one mind, and dwelt in righteousness; and there were no poor among them." (Genesis 8:23)

"The Son of Man in the last days, to dwell on the earth in righteousness for the space of a thousand years." (Genesis 8:73)

"He saw the day of the righteous, the hour of their redemption." (Genesis 8:75)

"YHWH said unto Noach, Come you and all your house into the ark; for you only have I seen righteous before me in this generation." (Genesis 9:29)

"I sought for the blessings of the fathers, and the right whereunto I should be ordained to administer the same; having been myself a follower of righteousness, desiring also ... to be a greater follower of righteousness ... I became a rightful heir, a High Priest, holding the right belonging to the fathers." (Avraham 1:2)

"Malki-tsedeq was a man of faith, who wrought righteousness." (Genesis 15:26)

"Malki-tsedeq's people wrought righteousness, and obtained heaven, and sought for the city of Chanock which Elohim had before taken." (Genesis 15:34)

"Malki-tsedeq, having thus established righteousness, was called the king of heaven by his people, or, in other words, the king of peace." (Genesis 15:36)

"Pharaoh sent and called for Moshe and Aharon and said unto them, I have sinned this time; YHWH is righteous, and I and my people are wicked." (Exodus 9:27)

14. You shall become Tsiyyon through an immersion in the Set-Apart Behaviour. YHWH Elohim's people are Tsiyyon and they are of one heart, one mind, dwell in righteousness, and have no poor among them.

"YHWH called his people Tsiyyon because they were of one heart, and of one mind, and dwelt in righteousness; and there were no poor among them." (Genesis 8:23)

"It came to pass in his days that Chanock built a city that was called the city of holiness, even Tsiyyon. And it came to pass that Chanock talked with YHWH, and he said unto YHWH, Surely Tsiyyon shall dwell in safety forever. But YHWH said unto Chanock, Tsiyyon have I blessed, but the residue of the people have I cursed. ... YHWH said unto Chanock, Behold mine abode forever." (Genesis 8:25-26, 28)

"The Set-Apart Behaviour fell on many, and they were caught up by the powers of heaven into Tsiyyon." (Genesis 8:34)

"You have taken Tsiyyon to your own bosom from all your creations, from all eternity to all eternity." (Genesis 8:38)

"And behold, Chanock saw the day of the coming of the Son of Man, even in the flesh; and his soul rejoiced, saying, The righteous is lifted up; and the Lamb is slain from the foundation of the world; and through faith I am in the bosom of the Father; and behold, Tsiyyon is with me!" (Genesis 8:53-54)

"Righteousness and truth will I cause to sweep the earth as with a flood, to gather out mine own elect from the four quarters of the earth unto a place which I shall prepare, a holy city, that my people may gird up their loins and be looking forth for the time of my coming; for there shall be my tabernacle, and it shall be called Tsiyyon, a New Yerushalayim. ... There shall be mine abode, and it shall be Tsiyyon, which shall come forth out of all the creations which I have made; and for the space of a thousand years shall the earth rest." (Genesis 8:70, 72)

"Chanock and all his people walked with Elohim, and he dwelt in the midst of Tsiyyon." (Genesis 8:77)

"It came to pass that Tsiyyon was not, for Elohim received it up into his own bosom; and from thence went forth the saying, Tsiyyon is fled." (Genesis 8:78)

"I may remember the everlasting covenant, which I made unto thy father Chanock, that, when men should keep all my commandments, Tsiyyon should again come on the earth, the city of Chanock, which I have caught up unto myself. And this is mine everlasting covenant: that when thy posterity shall embrace the truth and look upward, then shall Tsiyyon look downward, and all the heavens shall shake with gladness, and the earth shall tremble with joy; and the general assembly of the called-out assembly of the firstborn shall come down out of heaven, and possess the earth, and shall have place until the end come. And this is mine everlasting covenant, which I made with your father Chanock." (Genesis 10:21-23)

15. You shall be perfect, that is, a man of shalom [peace], or in other words, completeness, who helps others to become complete by encouraging them to submit to the power of Yeshua the Mashiach.

"Naught but peace ... is the habitation of thy throne." (Genesis 8:38)

"Noach found grace in the eyes of YHWH; for Noach was ... perfect in his generation." (Genesis 9:16)

"Desiring also to be ... a prince of peace, and desiring to receive instructions, and to keep the commandments of Elohim, I became a rightful heir, a High Priest, holding the right belonging to the fathers." (Avraham 1:2)

"Malki-tsedeq, having thus established righteousness, was called the king of heaven by his people, or, in other words, the king of peace." (Genesis 15:36)

"I, the Almighty Elohim, give unto you a commandment that you shall walk uprightly before me and be perfect." (Genesis 18:1)

"Wherefore, the fruit of your loins shall write, and the fruit of the loins of Yehuda shall write; and that which shall be written by the fruit of your loins and also that which shall be written by the fruit of the loins of Yehuda shall grow together unto the ... establishing peace among the fruit of your loins." (Genesis 51:31)

16. You shall obey the Good News [Besorah/Gospel] and be fully immersed in water, after the age of accountability, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, in the character of Yeshua haMashiach, for the remission of sins.

"Elohim said unto Adam, If you will ... repent of all your transgressions, and be immersed, even in water, in the name of mine Only Begotten Son, who is full of grace and truth, which is Yeshua haMashiach, the only name which shall be given under heaven whereby salvation shall come unto the children of men; and you shall receive the gift of the Set-Apart Behaviour, asking all things in his name; and whatsoever you shall ask, it shall be given you. And our father Adam spake unto the Lord and said, Why is it that men must repent and be immersed in water?" (Genesis 7:53-54)

"You must be born again into the kingdom of heaven, of water ... for by the water you keep the commandment." (Genesis 7:62-63)

"Adam cried unto YHWH; and he was caught away by the Spirit of YHWH, and was carried down into the water, and was laid under the water, and was brought forth out of the water; and thus he was immersed." (Genesis 7:67)

"YHWH gave unto me a commandment that I should immerse in the name of the Father, and of the Son, who is full of grace and truth, and the Holy Spirit, which bears record of the Father and the Son." (Genesis 8:13)

"All the families of the earth be blessed, even with the blessings of the Good News, which are the blessings of salvation, even of life eternal." (Avraham 2:11)

"My people have gone astray from my precepts and have not kept mine ordinances, which I gave unto their fathers; and they have not observed ... and the burial, or baptism wherewith I commanded them, but have turned from the commandment." (Genesis 18:4-6)

17. The Children of Avraham shall bear the ministry and priesthood of Avraham unto all nations.

"I will bless you [Avraham] above measure, and make your name great among all nations, and you shall be a blessing unto your seed after you, that in their hands they shall bear this ministry and Priesthood unto all nations." (Avraham 2:9)

18. You shall mourn for your dead.

"Avraham came to mourn for Sarah and to weep for her, his wife which was dead." (Genesis 24:3)

"Esav said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand." (Genesis 28:41)

"He knew it and said, It is my son's coat; an evil beast has devoured him; Yosef is without doubt rent in pieces. And Ya'aqov rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his loins, and mourned for his son many days. And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave unto my son mourning. Thus his father wept for him." (Genesis 38:33-35)

"Yosef commanded his servants, the physicians, to embalm his father; and the physicians embalmed Ya'sharel. And forty days were fulfilled for him; for so are fulfilled the days of those which are embalmed; and the Egyptians mourned for him threescore and ten days. And when the days of his mourning were past, Yosef spake unto the house of Pharaoh." (Genesis 51:2-4)

19. You shall mourn with those who mourn.

"Ya'aqov rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his loins, and mourned for his son many days. And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him." (Genesis 38:34-35)

20. You shall comfort those who stand in need of comfort.

"Ya'aqov rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his loins, and mourned for his son many days. And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him." (Genesis 38:34-35)

"Now, therefore, fear you not; I will nourish you and your little ones. And he comforted them and spake kindly unto them." (Genesis 51:21)

21. You shall be goodly.

"Yosef was a goodly person." (Genesis 40:6)

22. You shall not practice witchcraft.

"It came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt and all the wise men thereof; and Pharaoh told them his dream; but there was none that could interpret them unto Pharaoh." (Genesis 42:8)

"I told this unto the magicians, but there was none that could declare it to me." (Genesis 42:24)

"Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers; now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents; but Aharon's rod swallowed up their rods." (Exodus 7:11-12)

"The magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments; and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them, as YHWH had said." (Exodus 7:22)

"The magicians did so with their enchantments, and brought up frogs upon the land of Egypt." (Exodus 8:7)

"The magicians could not stand before Moshe because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians and upon all the Egyptians." (Exodus 9:11)

23. You shall not teach false doctrines.

"Wherefore, the fruit of your loins shall write, and the fruit of the loins of Yehuda shall write; and that which shall be written by the fruit of your loins and also that which shall be written by the fruit of the loins of Yehuda shall grow together unto the confounding of false doctrines, and laying down of contentions." (Genesis 51:31)

24. You shall confound false doctrines using YHWH Elohim's revealed word.

"Wherefore, the fruit of your loins shall write, and the fruit of the loins of Yehuda shall write; and that which shall be written by the fruit of your loins and also that which shall be written by the fruit of the loins of Yehuda shall grow together unto the confounding of false doctrines, and laying down of contentions." (Genesis 51:31)

25. You shall not enter into the House of YHWH while in a state of ceremonial uncleanliness, nor bring into the House of YHWH any thing that is ceremonially unclean.

Ceremonial uncleanliness is imparted by:

- Menstruation

"Rachel said to her father, Let it not displease my adon that I cannot rise up before you; for the custom of women is upon me." (Genesis 32:35)

- Meat that has been torn by beasts

"That which was torn of beasts I brought not unto you; I bare the loss of it." (Genesis 32:39)

26. YHWH is the name that YHWH Elohim shall be called by for all generations.

"Elohim said unto Moshe, I AM THAT I AM; and he said, Thus shall you say unto the children of Ya'sharel, I AM has sent me unto you. Say to the Children of Ya'sharel, ‘YHWH, the Elohim of your fathers— the Elohim of Avraham, the Elohim of Yitzchak and the Elohim of Ya'aqov— has sent me to you. This is my name forever, the memorial-name you shall call me for all generations." (Exodus 3:14-15)

"Elohim spake unto Moshe and said unto him, I am YHWH; and I appeared unto Avraham, unto Yitzchak, and unto Ya'aqov. I am YHWH El Shaddai, the Adon YHWH . And was not my name known unto them?" (Exodus 6:2-3)

27. You shall not call YHWH Elohim's words vanity.

"Pharoah said, and the tale of the bricks, which they did make heretofore, you shall lay upon them; you shall not diminish aught thereof, for they be idle; therefore, they cry, saying, Let us go and sacrifice to our Elohim. Let there more work be laid upon the men, that they may labor therein; and let them not regard vain words." (Exodus 5:8-9)

28. You shall not solicit or consult the services of sorcerers.

"The magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments; and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them, as YHWH had said." (Exodus 7:22)

29. You shall declare the name of YHWH throughout all the earth.

"For this cause have I raised you up, for to show in you my power and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth." (Exodus 9:16)

The Fourth Division of Torah

Remember the Shabbat Day and keep it Set-Apart.

1. The Seventh-Day of the Creation Week was Set-Apart by YHWH Elohim.

"On the seventh day, I, Elohim, ended my work and all things which I had made; and I rested on the seventh day from all my work; and all things which I had made were finished. ... And I, Elohim, blessed the seventh day and sanctified it because that in it I had rested from all my work, which I, Elohim, had created and made." (Genesis 3:2-3)

"On the seventh time we will end our work, which we have counseled; and we will rest on the seventh time from all our work which we have counseled. And Elohim concluded upon the seventh time, because that on the seventh time they would rest from all their works which Elohim counseled among themselves to form; and sanctified it." (Avraham 5:2-3)

2. Times, including the Appointed Times, are to be reckoned according to the Sun and the Moon.

"And I, Elohim, said, Let there be lights in the expanse of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and for Appointed Times, and for days and for years, and let them be for lights in the expanse of the heaven to give light upon the earth; and it was so. And I, Elohim, made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night; and the greater light was the sun, and the lesser light was the moon." (Genesis 2:18-19)

"[Elohim] organized the lights in the expanse of the heaven, and caused them to divide the day from the night; and organized them to be for signs and for Appointed Times, and for days and for years." (Avraham 4:14)

3. You shall observe the Feast of YHWH's Passover forever and do so in the manner that YHWH Elohim has prescribed.

Only immersed members of YHWH's Set-Apart Assembly may eat of the Passover. Non-believers may not eat of YHWH's Passover.

You shall select a lamb for your household on the Tenth Day of the First Month. If a household is too small for a lamb, their next-door households shall select a lamb and share it. The lamb shall be a male sheep or goat that is in its first year, and you shall keep it until YHWH's Passover.

YHWH's Passover begins on the Fourteenth Day of the First Month. From the evening of this day, you shall eat unleavened bread. In the evening of this day, the assembly shall kill the lamb. The blood of the lamb shall be painted with a bunch of hyssop on the side and upper doorposts of the house that it is eaten within. The lamb shall be roasted by fire and not boiled or eaten raw, and the entire lamb shall be eaten with unleavened bread and bitter herbs, with nothing left of the lamb remaining by morning. If anything does remain in the morning, it shall be burned in the morning with fire. It shall be eaten in haste with the loins girded, shoes on the feed, and a staff in hand. You shall not break the bones of the lamb. You shall eat the meat in one house and shall not carry any of the lamb's meat outside of the house. You shall not leave your house after sunset until the sunrise of the next day.

You shall teach your children about YHWH's Passover and how YHWH Elohim delivered his people from Egypt.

"In process of time, it came to pass that Qayin brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto YHWH. And Havel, he also brought, of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof; and YHWH had respect unto Havel and to his offering; but unto Qayin and to his offering he had not respect." (Genesis 6:6-7)

"Elohim revealed himself unto Sheth; and he rebelled not, but offered an acceptable sacrifice like unto his brother Havel." (Genesis 7:4)

"YHWH said unto Moshe, Go in unto Pharaoh; for he has hardened his heart and the hearts of his servants; therefore, I will show these my signs before him; And that you may tell in the ears of your son, and of your son's son, what things I have wrought in Egypt and my signs which I have done among them, that you may know how that I am YHWH." (Exodus 10:1-2)

"Speak you unto all the congregation of Ya'sharel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for a house; and if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbor next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb. Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year; you shall take it out from the sheep or from the goats; and you shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Ya'sharel shall kill it in the evening. And they shall take of the blood and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper doorpost of the houses wherein they shall eat it. And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it. Eat not of it raw nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs and with the purtenance thereof. And you shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remains of it until the morning you shall burn with fire. And thus shall you eat it: with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste; it is YHWH's passover. For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment; I am YHWH. And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you when I smite the land of Egypt. And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and you shall keep it a feast to YHWH throughout your generations; you shall keep it a feast by an ordinance forever. ... In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat unleavened bread until the twenty-first day of the month at evening." (Exodus 12:3-14, 18)

"Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families and kill the passover. And you shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning. For YHWH will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, YHWH will pass over the door and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you. And you shall observe this thing for an ordinance to you and to your sons forever. And it shall come to pass, when you be come to the land which YHWH will give you, according as he has promised, that you shall keep this service. And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean you by this service? That you shall say, It is the sacrifice of YHWH's passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Ya'sharel in Egypt when he smote the Egyptians and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshiped. And the children of Ya'sharel went away and did as YHWH had commanded Moshe and Aharon; so did they." (Exodus 12:21-28)

"It is a night to be much observed unto YHWH for bringing them out from the land of Egypt; this is that night of YHWH to be observed of all the children of Ya'sharel in their generations." (Exodus 12:42)

"This is the ordinance of the passover; there shall no stranger eat thereof; but every man's servant that is bought for money, when you have circumcised him, then shall he eat thereof. A foreigner and a hired servant shall not eat thereof. ... When a stranger shall sojourn with you and will keep the passover to YHWH, let all his males be circumcised; and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land; for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof." (Exodus 12:43-45, 48)

"All the congregation of Ya'sharel shall keep [YHWH's Passover.]" (Exodus 12:47)

"In one house shall it be eaten; you shall not carry forth aught of the flesh abroad out of the house; neither shall you break a bone thereof." (Exodus 12:46)

4. The Day shall be reckoned from Morning to Evening. Night shall be reckoned from Evening to Morning.

"Elohim called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And it came to pass that from the evening until morning he called night; and from the morning until the evening he called day; and this was the first, or the beginning, of that which he called day and night." (Avraham 4:5)

"It was from evening until morning that they called night; and it came to pass that it was from morning until evening that they called day; and this was the second time that they called night and day." (Avraham 4:8)

"[Elohim] numbered the days; from the evening until the morning he called night; and it came to pass, from the morning until the evening he called day." (Avraham 4:13)

"[Elohim] organized the two great lights, the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night; with the lesser light they set the stars also; and Elohim set them in the expanse of the heavens, to give light upon the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to cause to divide the light from the darkness. ...And it came to pass that it was from evening until morning that it was night; and it came to pass that it was from morning until evening that it was day; and it was the fourth time." (Avraham 4:16-17, 19)

"It was from evening until morning that [Elohim] called night; and it came to pass that it was from morning until evening that [Elohim] called day." (Avraham 4:23)

"It came to pass that it was from evening until morning [Elohim] called night; and it came to pass that it was from morning until evening that [Elohim] called day." (Avraham 4:31)

5. You shall observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread forever and do so in the manner that YHWH Elohim has prescribed.

By the evening of the Fourteenth Day of the First Month, you shall remove all leaven and leavened products from your home. The Fifteenth Day of the First Month shall be a Holy Convocation and a day of rest in which no servile work shall be done, and from this day to the evening of the Twenty-First Day of the First Month, you shall eat unleavened bread and shall not eat any leavened foods. The Twenty-First Day of the First Month shall be a Holy Convocation and a day of rest in which no servile work shall be done. Whoever eats leavened bread during this period shall be cut off from Ya'sharel.

"He pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him and entered into his house; and he made them a feast and did bake unleavened bread; and they did eat." (Genesis 20:5)

"Seven days shall you eat unleavened bread; even the first day you shall put away leaven out of your houses; for whosoever eats leavened bread, from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Ya'sharel. And in the first day there shall be a holy convocation, and in the seventh day there shall be a holy convocation to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save that which every man must eat; that only may be done of you. And you shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt; therefore shall you observe this day in your generations by an ordinance forever. In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat unleavened bread until the twenty-first day of the month at evening. Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses; for whosoever eats that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Ya'sharel, whether he be a stranger or born in the land. You shall eat nothing leavened; in all your habitations shall you eat unleavened bread." (Exodus 12:15-20)

"The Egyptians were urgent upon the people, that they might send them out of the land in haste; for they said, We have found our firstborn all dead; therefore, get you out of the land, lest we die also.And the people took their dough before it was leavened, their kneading troughs being bound up in their clothes upon their shoulders. ... They baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought forth out of Egypt (for it was not leavened) because they were thrust out of Egypt and could not tarry; neither had they prepared for themselves any victuals." (Exodus 12:33-34, 39)

6. You shall all observe the feasts that have been commanded by YHWH Elohim.

"Thus saith YHWH Elohim of Ya'sharel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness." (Exodus 5:1)

"Moshe said, We will go with our young and with our old, with our sons and with our daughters, with our flocks and with our herds will we go; for we must hold a feast unto YHWH." (Exodus 10:9)

7. You shall observe the beginning of the year at the time that YHWH Elohim has ordained.

"YHWH spake unto Moshe and Aharon in the land of Egypt, saying, This month shall be unto you the beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you." (Exodus 12:1-2)

8. You shall still cook and prepare your food on days of shabbat rest.

"In the seventh day there shall be a holy convocation to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save that which every man must eat; that only may be done of you." (Exodus 12:16)

The Fifth Division of Torah

Honour your Father and your Mother.

"Ya'aqov obeyed his father and his mother." (Genesis 29:7)

1. You must believe in and accept Yeshua ben Yosef as the Promised Mashiach.

"Mine Only Begotten is and shall be the Savior, for he is full of grace and truth." (Genesis 1:6)

"Elohim cursed the earth with a sore curse and was angry with the wicked, with all the sons of men whom he had made; for they would not ... believe on his Only Begotten Son, even him whom he declared should come in the meridian of time, who was prepared from before the foundation of the world." (Genesis 6:43)

"And as many as believed in the Son ... should be saved. And as many as believed not ... should be damned. And the words went forth out of the mouth of Elohim in a firm decree; wherefore, they must be fulfilled." (Genesis 6:2)

"YHWH said ... I am Mashiach, the King of Tsiyyon, the Rock of Heaven, which is broad as eternity; and whoso cometh in at the gate and climbs up by me shall never fall." (Genesis 8:59)

2. You shall worship YHWH Elohim.

"Worship Elohim." (Genesis 1:15)

"He also gave me commandments when he called unto me out of the burning bush, saying: ... Worship me." (Genesis 1:17)

"The voice of YHWH ... gave unto them commandments that they should worship YHWH, their Elohim." (Genesis 5:4-5)

"When Avraham's servant heard these words, he worshiped YHWH, bowing himself to the earth." (Genesis 25:56)

3. You shall not esteem YHWH's word as nothing.

"In a day when the children of men shall esteem my words as naught ... I will raise up another like unto [Moshe]; and they shall be had again among the children of men-among as many as shall believe." (Genesis 1:41)

4. Call upon YHWH Elohim without ceasing, in the character of Yeshua the Messiah.

"He also gave me commandments when he called unto me out of the burning bush, saying: Call upon Elohim in the name of mine Only Begotten, and worship me." (Genesis 1:17)

"Moshe said: I will not cease to call upon Elohim." (Genesis 1:18)

"You shall call upon Elohim in the name of the Son forevermore." (Genesis 5:8)

"Adam [and Chavvah] ceased not to call upon Elohim." (Genesis 6:3)

"These men [began] to call upon the name of YHWH; and YHWH blessed them ... it was given unto as many as called upon Elohim to write by the nature of inspiration." (Genesis 7:5)

"For inasmuch as you are Elohim, and I know you, and you have sworn unto me and commanded me that I should ask in the name of your Only Begotten." (Genesis 8:66)

"I offered sacrifice there in the plains of Moreh, and called on YHWH devoutly, because we had already come into the land of this idolatrous nation. ... I built another altar unto YHWH, and called again upon the name of YHWH." (Avraham 2:18, 20)

"There he builded an altar unto YHWH and called upon the name of YHWH." (Genesis 13:7)

"Yitzchak builded an altar there, and called upon the name of YHWH." (Genesis 27:25)

5. You shall not rebel against YHWH Elohim.

"That Satan rebelled against me." (Genesis 4:4)

"Elohim revealed himself unto Sheth; and he rebelled not, but offered an acceptable sacrifice like unto his brother Havel." (Genesis 7:4)

6. You shall not lead others into captivity to the Satan.

"Yea, even the devil, ... to lead them captive at his will." (Genesis 4:5)

"The Satan put it into the heart of the serpent; for he had drawn away many after him." (Genesis 4:7)

"[The Satan] was angry, and kept not his first estate; and, at that day, many followed after him." (Avraham 3:28)

7. You shall be obedient to and walk with YHWH Elohim, which is to keep YHWH Elohim's Holy Torah. This is the purpose of life.

"The eternal life which Elohim gives unto all the obedient." (Genesis 5:11)

"The Satan desires to have you; and except you shall hearken unto my commandments, I will deliver you up, and it shall be unto you according to his desire." (Genesis 6:9)

"They kept not the commandments of Elohim. And it displeased Elohim, and he ministered not unto them." (Genesis 6:38)

"Repent, for thus saith YHWH, I am angry with this people, and my fierce anger is kindled against them; for they ... have not kept the commandments which I gave unto their father Adam." (Genesis 7:27-28)

"By reason of transgression comes the fall, which fall brings death." (Genesis 7:61)

"Chanock and all his people walked with Elohim." (Genesis 8:77)

"Noach and his sons hearkened unto YHWH and gave heed; and they were called the sons of Elohim." (Genesis 9:1)

"Noach walked with Elohim, and also his three sons, Shem, Cham, and Yepheth." (Genesis 9:16)

"Thus did Noach according to all that Elohim commanded him. And YHWH said unto Noach, Come you and all your house into the ark; for you only have I seen righteous before me in this generation." (Genesis 9:28-29)

"Noah did according to all that YHWH commanded him." (Genesis 9:33)

"Desiring to receive instructions, and to keep the commandments of Elohim, I became a rightful heir, a High Priest, holding the right belonging to the fathers." (Avraham 1:2)

"I stretch my hand over the sea, and it obeys my voice." (Avraham 2:7)

"We will make an earth whereon these may dwell; and we will prove them herewith, to see if they will do all things whatsoever YHWH their Elohim shall command them; and they who keep their first estate shall be added upon; and they who keep not their first estate shall not have glory in the same kingdom with those who keep their first estate; and they who keep their second estate shall have glory added upon their heads for ever and ever." (Avraham 3:24-26)

"We will do everything that we have said, and organize [mankind]; and behold, they shall be very obedient." (Avraham 4:31)

"You shall observe to keep all my covenants wherein I covenanted with your fathers; and you shall keep the commandments which I have given you with mine own mouth, and I will be an Elohim unto you and your seed after you." (Genesis 18:12)

"They shall keep the way of YHWH, to do justice and judgment." (Genesis 19:18)

"Avraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws." (Genesis 27:1-4)

"The children of Ya'sharel went away and did as YHWH had commanded Moshe and Aharon; so did they." (Exodus 12:28)

8. You shall teach your children in the ways of YHWH Elohim.

"Adam and Chavvah blessed the name of Elohim; and they made all things [torah] known unto their sons and their daughters. (Genesis 5:12)

"Adam hearkened unto the voice of Elohim and called upon his sons to repent." (Genesis 7:1)

"Sheth taught his son Enosh in the ways of Elohim." (Genesis 7:12)

"Yared taught Chanock in all the ways of Elohim." (Genesis 7:22)

"Chanock said unto them, I came out from the land of Qenan, the land of my fathers, a land of righteousness unto this day; and my father taught me in all the ways of Elohim." (Genesis 7:43)

"I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him; and they shall keep the way of YHWH, to do justice and judgment." (Genesis 19:18)

9. You shall freely teach your children the Good News [Gospel/Besorah], which is that death came because of the fall, and the fall came because of transgression against Torah; that just as they came into the world by water, blood, and the spirit and became a living soul, they must be born again into the Kingdom of Heaven by water and spirit, and be cleansed by the blood of Yeshua haMashiach in order to be sanctified from all sin and to enjoy the words of eternal life and eternal life and glory in the world to come; that we keep the commandment by the water, are justified by the spirit, and are sanctified by the blood; that it will be given for the Set-Apart Behaviour to abide in them.

"I give unto you a commandment to teach these things freely unto your children, saying that by reason of transgression comes the fall, which fall brings death; and inasmuch as you were born into the world by water, and blood, and the spirit, which I have made, and so become of dust a living soul, even so you must be born again into the kingdom of heaven, of water, and of the Spirit, and be cleansed by blood, even the blood of mine Only Begotten, that you may be sanctified from all sin and enjoy the words of eternal life in this world and eternal life in the world to come; even immortal glory. For by the water you keep the commandment; by the Spirit you are justified; and by the blood you are sanctified. Therefore, it is given to abide in you the record of heaven, the Comforter, the peaceable things of immortal glory, the truth of all things, that which quickens all things, which makes alive all things, that which knows all things, and has all power according to wisdom, mercy, truth, justice, and judgment." (Genesis 7:61-64)

10. Children shall not be held responsible or liable for the sins of their forefathers.

"YHWH said unto Adam, Behold, I have forgiven you your transgression in the garden of Eden. Hence came the saying abroad among the people that the Son of Elohim has atoned for original guilt, wherein the sins of the parents cannot be answered upon the heads of the children, for they are whole from the foundation of the world. (Genesis 7:55-56)

11. Little Children below the Age of Accountability, which is Seven Years [Exclusive]/Eight Years [Inclusive] Old, are under the covering of Yeshua haMashiach and are clean from sin. They shall not be immersed.

"They have turned from the commandment, and taken unto themselves the washing of children." (Genesis 18:6)

"Children are not accountable before me until they are eight [inclusive] years old." (Genesis 18:11)

12. You shall write the words of YHWH Elohim upon your hearts and shall love his words.

"Be cleansed by blood, even the blood of mine Only Begotten, that you may be sanctified from all sin and enjoy the words of eternal life in this world." (Genesis 7:62)

"Desiring to receive instructions, and to keep the commandments of Elohim, I became a rightful heir, a High Priest, holding the right belonging to the fathers." (Avraham 1:2)

13. You shall BECOME a child [follower] of YHWH Elohim.

"Behold, [Adam] is one in me, a son of Elohim; and thus may all become my sons." (Genesis 7:71)

14. You shall not fight against YHWH Elohim.

"There went forth a curse upon all the people which fought against Elohim." (Genesis 8:19)

15. A remnant of Chanock's seed through Noach shall be found among all nations while the earth still stands. So too shall be found a remnant of Yosef's seed.

"YHWH covenanted with Chanock and sware unto him with an oath that he would stay the floods, that he would call upon the children of Noach; and he sent forth an unalterable decree that a remnant of his seed should always be found among all nations while the earth should stand. YHWH said, Blessed is he through whose seed Mashiach shall come." (Genesis 8:58-59)

"It came to pass that Methuselah, the son of Chanock, was not taken, that the covenants of YHWH might be fulfilled which he made to Chanock; for he truly covenanted with Chanock that Noach should be of the fruit of his loins. And it came to pass that Methuselah prophesied that from his loins should spring all the kingdoms of the earth through Noach." (Genesis 8:79-80)

"With [Noach] will I establish my covenant, even as I have sworn unto thy father, Chanock, that of your posterity shall come all nations." (Genesis 9:23)

"I will establish my covenant with you [Noach], which I made unto Chanock, concerning the remnants of your posterity." (Genesis 10:17)

"YHWH sware unto Yosef that he would preserve his seed forever." (Genesis 51:34)

16. You shall look forward to time of the coming of Yeshua haMashiach.

"I shall prepare, a holy city, that my people may gird up their loins and be looking forth for the time of my coming; for there shall be my tabernacle, and it shall be called Tsiyyon, a New Yerushalayim." (Genesis 8:70)

17. Ya'sharel is YHWH's Firstborn, his Chosen Covenant People. This is those who have wrestled with Elohim and Man and prevailed. All who receive the Good News (Besorah/Gospel) shall be accounted as the Children of Avraham, and Yitzchak, and Ya'sharel and receive the promised blessings of that inheritance.

"I am with you[, Moshe], even unto the end of thy days; for thou shalt deliver my people from bondage, even Ya'sharel my chosen." (Genesis 1:26)

"I will bless them through your name; for as many as receive this Good News shall be called after your name, and shall be accounted your seed." (Avraham 2:10)

"In Yitzchak shall your seed be called." (Genesis 22:10)

"YHWH said unto her, Two nations are in your womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from your bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb. And the first came out red all over like a hairy garment; and they called his name Esav. And after that, came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esav's heel; and his name was called Ya'aqov." (Genesis 26:23-26)

"YHWH said, your name shall be called no more Ya'aqov, but Ya'sharel; for as a prince have you power with Elohim and with men and have prevailed." (Genesis 33:28)

"Thus saith YHWH, Ya'sharel is my son, even my firstborn." (Exodus 4:22)

18. The Children of Avraham shall rise and bless Avraham as their father.

"I will bless them through your name; for as many as receive this Good News shall be called after your name, and shall be accounted your seed, and shall rise up and bless you, as their father." (Avraham 2:10)

19. You shall bless Avraham.

"I will bless them that bless [Avraham.]" (Avraham 2:11)

"Now YHWH had shown unto me, Avraham, the intelligences that were organized before the world was; and among all these there were many of the noble and great ones; and Elohim saw these souls that they were good, and he stood in the midst of them, and he said: These I will make my rulers; for he stood among those that were spirits, and he saw that they were good; and he said unto me: Avraham, you are one of them; you were chosen before you were born." (Avraham 3:22-23)

"I will bless them that bless [Avraham.]" (Genesis 13:2)

"Malki-tsedeq blessed him, and said, Blessed Avram, You are a man of the most high Elohim, possessor of heaven and of earth." (Genesis 15:18)

"Malki-tsedeq lifted up his voice and blessed Avram." (Genesis 15:25)

"Malki-tsedeq lifted up his voice, and he blessed Avram." (Genesis 15:37)

"Elohim blessed Avram and gave unto him riches, and honor, and lands for an everlasting possession, according to the covenant which he had made and according to the blessing wherewith Malki-tsedeq had blessed him." (Genesis 15:40)

20. You shall not curse Avraham.

"I will ... curse them that curse [Avraham.]" (Avraham 2:11)

"I will ... curse them that curse [Avraham.]" (Genesis 13:2)

21. Spirits vary in their intelligence.

"If there be two spirits, and one shall be more intelligent than the other. ... These two facts do exist, that there are two spirits, one being more intelligent than the other; there shall be another more intelligent than they." (Avraham 3:18-19)

22. You shall not sin or be wicked.

"The men of Sedom, becoming sinners and exceedingly wicked before YHWH, YHWH was angry with them." (Genesis 14:11)

"Er, Yehuda's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of YHWH; and YHWH slew him." (Genesis 39:7)

"Moshe was ashamed, and hid his face from YHWH, and said, I have sinned before YHWH." (Exodus 4:26)

"Pharaoh sent and called for Moshe and Aharon and said unto them, I have sinned this time; YHWH is righteous, and I and my people are wicked." (Exodus 9:27)

23. You shall partake in the Sacrament of YHWH's Supper in the manner decreed in the revealed word.

"Malki-tsedeq, king of Salem, brought forth bread and wine; and he brake bread and blessed it; and he blessed the wine, he being the priest of the most high Elohim. And he gave to Avram." (Genesis 15:17-18)

24. You shall revere YHWH Elohim.

"Malki-tsedeq was a man of faith, who wrought righteousness; and when a child, he revered Elohim." (Genesis 15:26)

"I thought assuredly the reverence of Elohim was not in this place and they would slay me for my wife's sake." (Genesis 21:12)

"I know that [Avraham] reveres Elohim." (Genesis 23:15)

"Yosef said unto them the third day, This do and live; for I revere Elohim." (Genesis 43:18)

"But as for you and your servants, I know that you will not yet revere YHWH Elohim." (Exodus 9:30)

25. You shall submit to the trials inflicted upon you by YHWH Elohim.

"Malki-tsedeq has said, and sworn with an oath, that the heavens and the earth should come together and the sons of Elohim should be tried so as by fire." (Genesis 15:35)

26. You shall submit to your master.

"The messenger of YHWH said unto Hagar, Return to your mistress and submit yourself under her hands." (Genesis 17:10)

27. You shall not go astray from YHWH's precepts but shall walk uprightly and observe the Torah of YHWH Elohim in exactness.

"I, the Almighty Elohim, give unto you a commandment that you shall walk uprightly before me." (Genesis 18:1)

"Elohim talked with him, saying, My people have gone astray from my precepts and have not kept mine ordinances, which I gave unto their fathers." (Genesis 18:4)

"Avraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws." (Genesis 27:1-4)

28. You shall not ridicule the promises of YHWH Elohim.

"Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old? Is anything too hard for YHWH?" (Genesis 19:13)

29. You shall not reject your birthright.

"Ya'aqov said, Swear to me this day. And Esav swore unto him, and he sold his birthright unto Ya'aqov. ... Thus Esav despised his birthright." (Genesis 26:33-34)

30. You shall bless Ya'aqov.

"Blessed be he that blesses [Ya'aqov.]" (Genesis 28:29)

31. You shall not curse Ya'aqov.

"Cursed be everyone that [Ya'aqov.]" (Genesis 28:29)

32. You shall love your children.

"Lavan rose up, and kissed his sons and his daughters, and blessed them." (Genesis 32:55)

33.You shall give hospitality to YHWH's servants.

"It came to pass from the time that he had made him overseer in his house and over all that he had, that YHWH blessed the Egyptian's house for Yosef's sake; and the blessing of YHWH was upon all that he had in the house and in the field." (Genesis 40:5)

34. You shall bless the names of Eprayim and Manasseh.

"Ya'sharel blessed them that day, saying, In you shall Ya'sharel bless, saying, Elohim make you as Eprayim and as Manasseh; and he set Eprayim before Manasseh." (Genesis 49:26)

35. You shall listen to the voice of the Prophets of YHWH Elohim.

"They shall hearken to [Moshe's] voice." (Exodus 3:18)

"Moshe answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me nor hearken unto my voice; for they will say, YHWH has not appeared unto you. ... And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe you, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign. And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto your voice, that you shall take of the water of the river and pour it upon the dry land; and the water which you take out of the river shall become blood upon the dry land." (Exodus 4:1, 8-9)

"Moshe spake so unto the children of Ya'sharel; but they hearkened not unto Moshe for anguish of spirit and for cruel bondage." (Exodus 6:9)

"Moshe spake before YHWH, saying, Behold, the children of Ya'sharel have not hearkened unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who is of uncircumcised lips? ... Moshe said before YHWH, Behold, I am of stammering lips and slow of speech. How shall Pharaoh hearken unto me? ... And YHWH said unto Moshe, See, I have made you a prophet to Pharaoh." (Exodus 6:12, 29, 7:1)

"Pharaoh will not hearken unto you: therefore, I will lay my hand upon Egypt and bring forth mine armies, my people, the children of Ya'sharel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments." (Exodus 7:4)

"The magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments; and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them, as YHWH had said." (Exodus 7:22)

"YHWH said unto Moshe, Pharaoh will not hearken unto you; therefore, my wonders shall be multiplied in the land of Egypt." (Exodus 11:9)

36. You shall not prevent others from serving YHWH Elohim.

"Thus saith YHWH, Ya'sharel is my son, even my firstborn; and I say unto you, Let my son go that he may serve me. And if you refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay your son, even your firstborn." (Exodus 4:22-23)

"Pharoah said, You are idle, you are idle; therefore, you say, Let us go and do sacrifice to YHWH. Go, therefore, now and work; for there shall no straw be given you, yet shall you deliver the tale of bricks. And the officers of the children of Ya'sharel did see that they were in evil case after it was said, You shall not diminish aught from your bricks of your daily task. ... Moshe said to YHWH, For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has done evil to this people." (Exodus 5:17-19, 23)

"Moshe spake so unto the children of Ya'sharel; but they hearkened not unto Moshe for anguish of spirit and for cruel bondage." (Exodus 6:9)

"YHWH spake unto Moshe: Go unto Pharaoh and say unto him, Thus saith YHWH, Let my people go, that they may serve me. And if you refuse to let them go, behold, I will smite all your borders with frogs; and the river shall bring forth frogs abundantly, which shall go up and come into your house, and into your bedchamber, and upon your bed, and into the house of your servants, and upon your people, and into your ovens, and into your kneading troughs; and the frogs shall come up both on you, and upon your people, and upon all your servants." (Exodus 8:1-4)

"Thus saith YHWH, Let my people go, that they may serve me. Else, if you will not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon you, and upon your servants, and upon your people, and into your houses; and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground whereon they are. And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end you may know that I am YHWH in the midst of the earth. And I will put a division between my people and your people; tomorrow shall this sign be. And YHWH did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants' houses, and into all the land of Egypt; the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies." (Exodus 8:20-24)

"Moshe said, Behold, I go out from you; and I will entreat YHWH that the swarms of flies may depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people tomorrow; but let not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to YHWH." (Exodus 8:29)

"Thus saith YHWH Elohim of the Ivrim, Let my people go, that they may serve me For if you refuse to let them go and will hold them still, behold, the hand of YHWH is upon your cattle which is in the field, upon the horses, upon the donkeys, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep; there shall be a very grievous murrain. And YHWH shall sever between the cattle of Ya'sharel and the cattle of Egypt; and there shall nothing die of all that is the children's of Ya'sharel. And YHWH appointed a set time, saying, Tomorrow YHWH shall do this thing in the land. And YHWH did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died; but of the cattle of the children of Ya'sharel died not one." (Exodus 9:6)

"Thus saith YHWH Elohim of the Ivrim, Let my people go, that they may serve me. For I will at this time send all my plagues upon your heart, and upon your servants, and upon your people, that you may know that there is none like me in all the earth. For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite you and your people with pestilence; and you shall be cut off from the earth. And in very deed, for this cause have I raised you up, for to show in you my power and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth. Therefore, speak unto Pharaoh the thing which I command you, who as yet exalts himself that he will not let them go. Behold, tomorrow about this time, I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as has not been in Egypt since the foundation thereof, even until now." (Exodus 9:13-18)

"Pharaoh sent and called for Moshe and Aharon and said unto them, I have sinned this time; YHWH is righteous, and I and my people are wicked. Entreat YHWH (for it is enough) that there be no more mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and you shall stay no longer." (Exodus 9:27-28)

"Thus saith YHWH Elohim of the Ivrim, How long will you refuse to humble yourself before me? Let my people go, that they may serve me. Else, if you refuse to let my people go, behold, tomorrow will I bring the locusts into thy coast; and they shall cover the face of the earth, that one cannot be able to see the earth; and they shall eat the residue of that which is escaped, which remains unto you from the hail, and shall eat every tree which grows for you out of the field; and they shall fill your houses, and the houses of all your servants, and the houses of all the Egyptians, which neither your fathers nor your fathers' fathers have seen since the day that they were upon the earth unto this day. " (Exodus 10:3-6)

"Moshe and Aharon were brought again unto Pharaoh. And he said unto them, Go; serve YHWH, your Elohim. But who are they that shall go? And Moshe said, We will go with our young and with our old, with our sons and with our daughters, with our flocks and with our herds will we go; for we must hold a feast unto YHWH. And he said unto them, Let YHWH be so with you as I will let you go, and your little ones; look to it, for evil is before you. Not so; go now, you that are men, and serve YHWH; for that you did desire. And they were driven out from Pharaoh's presence. And YHWH said unto Moshe, Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come up upon the land of Egypt and eat every herb of the land, even all that the hail has left. And Moshe stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt; and YHWH brought an east wind upon the land all that day and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts. And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt and rested in all the coasts of Egypt; very grievous were they. Before them there were no such locusts as they; neither after them shall be such. For they covered the face of the whole earth so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left; and there remained not any green thing in the trees or in the herbs of the field through all the land of Egypt. Then Pharaoh called for Moshe and Aharon in haste. And he said, I have sinned against YHWH, your Elohim, and against you. Now, therefore, forgive, I pray you, my sin only this once, and entreat YHWH, your Elohim, that he may take away from me this death only." (Exodus 10:8-17)

37. You shall honour the servants of YHWH Elohim.

"YHWH gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians. Moreover, the man Moshe was very great in the land of Egypt, in the sight of Pharaoh's servants and in the sight of the people." (Exodus 11:3)

"All these, the servants of Pharaoh, shall come down unto me and bow themselves down unto me, saying, Get you out and all the people that follow you. And after that I will go out." (Exodus 11:8)

The Second Great Division of Torah

You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

"Unto your brethren have I said, and also gave commandment, that they should love one another." (Genesis 8:40)

1. You shall not do away with other peoples' agency.

"That Satan ... sought to destroy the agency of man, which I, YHWH Elohim, had given him." (Genesis 4:4)

"In the garden of Eden gave I unto man his agency." (Genesis 8:40)

2. You shall not seek to destroy others.

"The Satan ... knew not the [law] of Elohim; wherefore, he sought to destroy the world." (Genesis 4:7)

3. The work of YHWH Elohim is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man.

"For behold, this is my work and my glory to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man." (Genesis 1:39)

4. You shall expose the works of darkness.

"Irad, the son of Chanock, having known their secret [combination], began to reveal it unto the sons of Adam." (Genesis 6:36)

"Lemek had spoken the secret unto his wives, and they rebelled against him, and declared these things abroad, and had not compassion." (Genesis 6:40)

5. You shall not enter into or assist the works of darkness.

"The works of darkness began to prevail among all the sons of men." (Genesis 6:42)

6. You shall help others with their problems

"The priest of Midian had seven daughters; and they came, and drew water, and filled the troughs to water their father's flock. And the shepherds came and drove them away; but Moshe stood up, and helped them, and watered their flock. And when they came to Reuel, their father, he said, How is it that you are come so soon today? And they said, An Egyptian delivered us out of the hand of the shepherds, and also drew water enough for us, and watered the flock." (Exodus 2:16-19)

The Sixth Division of Torah

You shall not murder.

"The Satan said unto Qayin ... swear your brethren by their heads and by the living Elohim, that they tell it not; for if they tell it, they shall surely die; and this that your father may not know it; and this day I will deliver your brother Havel into your hands. ... And Qayin said, Truly I am Mahan, the master of this great secret, that I may murder and get gain. ... And Qayin went into the field, and Qayin talked with Havel, his brother; and it came to pass that while they were in the field, Qayin rose up against Havel, his brother, and slew him. ... And YHWH said, What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries unto me from the ground." (Genesis 6:14, 16, 20)

"Whosoever slays you, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold; and I, YHWH, set a mark upon Qayin, lest any finding him should kill him." (Genesis 6:25)

"Irad, the son of Chanock, having known their secret, began to reveal it unto the sons of Adam; wherefore, Lemek, being angry, slew him." (Genesis 6:36)

"The Satan had great dominion among men and raged in their hearts; and from thenceforth came ... bloodshed. And a man's hand was against his own brother in administering death because of secret works, seeking for power." (Genesis 7:13-14)

"Repent, for thus saith YHWH, I am angry with this people, and my fierce anger is kindled against them; for ... in their own abominations have they devised murder ... And a hell I have prepared for them if they repent not." (Genesis 7:27-28, 30)

"In those days there were giants on the earth, and they sought Noach to take away his life; but YHWH was with Noach, and the power of YHWH was upon him." (Genesis 9:6-7)

"I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man, and beast, and the creeping things, and the fowls of the air, for it repenteth Noach that I have created them and that I have made them; and he hath called upon me, for they have sought his life." (Genesis 9:14-15)

"Whoso sheds man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed; for man shall not shed the blood of man." (Genesis 10:12)

"For their hearts were set to do evil ... therefore they ... hearkened not unto my voice, but endeavored to take away my life by the hand of the priest of Elkenah." (Avraham 1:6-7)

"I have come down to visit them, and to destroy him who has lifted up his hand against you, Avraham, my son, to take away your life." (Avraham 1:17)

"My father was sorely tormented because of the famine, and he repented of the evil which he had determined against me, to take away my life." (Avraham 1:30)

"I thought assuredly the reverence of Elohim was not in this place and they would slay me for my wife's sake." (Genesis 21:12)

"Yitzchak said unto him, I said it because I feared lest I die for her. ... And Avimelek charged all his people, saying, He that touches this man or his wife shall surely be put to death." (Genesis 27:9, 11)

"Yosef went after his brethren and found them in Dothan. And when they saw him afar off, even before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him. And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer comes. Come now, therefore, and let us slay him and cast him into some pit. And we will say, Some evil beast has devoured him. And we shall see what will become of his dreams. And Reuven heard it; and he delivered him out of their hands and said, Let us not kill him. And Reuven said unto them, Shed no blood, but cast him into this pit that is in the wilderness, and lay no hand upon him; that he might rid him out of their hands, to deliver him to his father again. ... They said one to another, We are verily guilty concerning our brother, in that we saw the anguish of his soul when he besought us, and we would not hear; therefore is this distress come upon us. And Reuven answered them, saying, Spake I not unto you, saying, Do not sin against the child? And you would not hear? Therefore, behold, also his blood is required." (Genesis 38:17-22, 43:21-22)

"Yehuda said unto his brethren, What profit is it if we slay our brother and conceal his blood? ... Let not our hand be upon him; for he is our brother and our flesh." (Genesis 38:26-27)

"You have made our savor to be abhorred in the eyes of Pharaoh and in the eyes of his servants, to put a sword in their hand to slay us. ... Moshe said to YHWH, For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has done evil to this people." (Exodus 5:21, 23)

1. All clean [non-poisonous] plants are ordained to be had as food for man. Unclean [poisonous] plants are not ordained to be had as food for man.

"And I, Elohim, said unto man, Behold, I have given you every herb, bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree in the which shall be the fruit of a tree, yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps upon the earth, wherein I grant life, there shall be given every clean herb for meat; and it was so, even as I spake." (Genesis 2:31-32)

"And I, YHWH Elohim, commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat." (Genesis 3:19)

"You shall eat the herb of the field." (Genesis 4:22-25)

"Take thou unto you of all food that is eaten; and you shall gather fruit of every kind unto you in the ark, and it shall be for food for you and for them." (Genesis 9:27)

"Every clean animal that lives shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things." (Genesis 10:9)

"Behold, we will give them every herb bearing seed that shall come upon the face of all the earth, and every tree which shall have fruit upon it; yes, the fruit of the tree yielding seed to them we will give it; it shall be for their food. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creeps upon the earth, behold, we will give them life, and also we will give to them every green herb for food, and all these things shall be thus organized." (Avraham 4:29-30)

"Out of the ground made Elohim to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food." (Avraham 5:9)

"So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field and brake every tree of the field. ... The locusts went up over all the land of Egypt and rested in all the coasts of Egypt; very grievous were they. Before them there were no such locusts as they; neither after them shall be such For they covered the face of the whole earth so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left; and there remained not any green thing in the trees or in the herbs of the field through all the land of Egypt." (Exodus 9:24-25, 10:14-15)

2. The New Translation shall not be used to teach but believers.

"These words were spoken unto Moshe in the mount, the name of which shall not be known among the children of men. And now they are spoken unto you. Show them not unto any except them that believe. Even so. Amen." (Genesis 1:42)

"These are the words which I spake unto my servant Moshe. And they are true, even as I will. And I have spoken them unto you. See you show them unto no man until I command you, except they that believe. Amen." (Genesis 4:32-33)

3. Bread is ordained for the food of man.

"By the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread until thou shalt return unto the ground." (Genesis 4:22-25)

4. You shall not glory in murder.

"Qayin rose up against Havel, his brother, and slew him and Qayin gloried in that which he had done." (Genesis 6:18)

5. You shall not be angry without just cause.

"Irad, the son of Chanock, having known their secret, began to reveal it unto the sons of Adam; wherefore, Lemek, being angry, slew him." (Genesis 6:36)

"[The Satan] was angry, and kept not his first estate; and, at that day, many followed after him." (Avraham 3:28)

6. You shall not engage in unjust warfare.

"The Satan had great dominion among men and raged in their hearts; and from thenceforth came wars and bloodshed." (Genesis 7:13)

7. You shall be merciful.

"[YHWH is] merciful ... forever. ... Mercy shall go before your face and have no end." (Genesis 8:37-38)

"Blessed is YHWH Elohim of my master Avraham, who has not left my master destitute of his mercy." (Genesis 25:26)

"Ya'aqov said, O Elohim of my father Avraham, and Elohim of my father Yitzchak, YHWH which said unto me, Return unto your country and to your kindred, and I will deal well with you, I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies and of all the truth which you have showed unto your servant." (Genesis 33:9-10)

"YHWH was with Yosef, and showed him mercy, and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison." (Genesis 40:21)

"El Shaddai give you mercy before the man." (Genesis 44:14)

8. You shall be kind.

"[YHWH is] kind forever." (Genesis 8:37)

"If you will deal kindly and truly with my master, tell me; and if not, tell me, that I may turn to the right hand or to the left." (Genesis 25:53)

"Now, therefore, fear you not; I will nourish you and your little ones. And he comforted them and spake kindly unto them." (Genesis 51:21)

9. You shall not be without affection.

"They are without affection, and they hate their own blood; and the fire of mine indignation is kindled against them; and in my hot displeasure will I send in the floods upon them; for my fierce anger is kindled against them." (Genesis 8:41)

10. You shall not hate unjustly.

11. You shall not be violent.

"The earth was corrupt before Elohim; and it was filled with violence. And Elohim looked upon the earth, and behold, it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted its way upon the earth. And Elohim said unto Noach, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence; and behold, I will destroy all flesh from off the earth." (Genesis 9:17-18)

12. All clean [non-poisonous] animals are ordained to be had as food for man. Unclean [poisonous] animals are not ordained to be had as food for man.

"Of every clean beast you shall take to you by sevens, the male and his female, and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female." (Genesis 9:30)

"Of clean beasts, and of beasts that were not clean, and of fowls, and of everything that creepeth upon the earth there went in two and two unto Noach into the ark, the male and the female, as Elohim had commanded Noach." (Genesis 9:35)

"Every clean animal that lives shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things." (Genesis 10:9)

13. You shall not consume blood.

"The blood of all flesh which I have given you for meat, shall be shed upon the ground, which taketh life thereof; and the blood you shall not eat." (Genesis 10:10)

14. You shall only kill animals for their meat and to save your life, and you shall stand in account before YHWH Elohim for this blood.

"Blood shall not be shed, only for meat, to save your lives; and the blood of every beast will I require at your hands." (Genesis 10:11)

15. Murderers shall be put to death.

"Whoso sheds man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed; for man shall not shed the blood of man." (Genesis 10:12)

16. You shall preserve human life.

"A commandment I give: that every man's brother shall preserve the life of man; for in mine own image have I made man." (Genesis 10:13)

17. You shall not perform human sacrifice or offerings to false gods or to YHWH Elohim.

"My fathers, having turned from their righteousness, and from the holy commandments which YHWH their Elohim had given unto them, unto the worshiping of the gods of the heathen, utterly refused to hearken to my voice; for their hearts were set to do evil ... therefore they turned their hearts to the sacrifice of the heathen in offering up their children unto these dumb idols, and hearkened not unto my voice, but endeavored to take away my life by the hand of the priest of Elkenah. ... Now, at this time it was the custom of the priest of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, to offer up upon the altar which was built in the land of Chaldea, for the offering unto these strange gods, men, women, and children." (Avraham 1:5-8)

"Even the thank-offering of a child did the priest of Pharaoh offer upon the altar which stood by the hill called Potiphar’s Hill, at the head of the plain of Olishem. Now, this priest had offered upon this altar three virgins at one time ...These virgins were offered up because of their virtue ... therefore they were killed upon this altar, and it was done after the manner of the Egyptians. And it came to pass that the priests laid violence upon me, that they might slay me also, as they did those virgins upon this altar;" (Avraham 1:10-12)

"You did send your messenger to deliver me from the gods of Elkenah." (Avraham 2:13)

"YHWH your Elohim sent his messenger to deliver you from the hands of the priest of Elkenah." (Avraham 3:20)

"Avraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Yitzchak, his son, and laid him on the altar, upon the wood. And Avraham stretched forth his hand and took the knife to slay his son. And the messenger of YHWH called unto him out of heaven and said, Avraham! Avraham! ... And the messenger said, Lay not your hand upon the lad, neither do you anything unto him; for now I know that you revere Elohim, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only Yitzchak, from me." (Genesis 23:11-15)

18. You shall not lead others into idolatry.

"My father was led away by their idolatry." (Avraham 1:27)

19. You shall not have strife or contention.

"Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and you and between my herdmen and your herdmen; for we are brethren." (Genesis 14:6)

"Wherefore, the fruit of your loins shall write, and the fruit of the loins of Yehuda shall write; and that which shall be written by the fruit of your loins and also that which shall be written by the fruit of the loins of Yehuda shall grow together unto the ... laying down of contentions, and establishing peace among the fruit of your loins." (Genesis 51:31)

20. You shall not destroy the righteous.

"Will you destroy the righteous with the wicked? Will you not spare them? Peradventure there may be fifty righteous within the city, will you also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that may be therein? Oh, may that be far from you to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked, and that the righteous should be as the wicked. O Elohim, may that be far from you. For shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? ... And YHWH said, I will not destroy them for ten's sake. And YHWH ceased speaking with Avraham. ... I have remembered Lot and sent him out of the midst of the overthrow, that your brother might not be destroyed when I overthrew the city in the which your brother Lot dwelt." (Genesis 19:25-28, 40, 20:35)

"Avimelek said, Adon, will you slay me and also a righteous nation?" (Genesis 21:6)

21. Naturally Fermented Alcohol is ordained for the drink of man.

"Noach began to till the earth, and he was a husbandman; and he planted a vineyard, and he drank of the wine and was drunken." (Genesis 10:27)

"When Avraham's servant heard these words, he worshiped YHWH, bowing himself to the earth. ... And they did eat and imbibe, he and the men that were with him, and tarried all night." (Genesis 25:56, 58)

"Yitzchak said unto them, Wherefore come you to me, seeing you hate me and have sent me away from you? And they said, We saw certainly that YHWH was with you; and we said, Let there be now an oath betwixt us, even betwixt us and you, and let us make a covenant with you, that you will do us no hurt, as we have not touched you, and as we have done unto you nothing but good, and have sent you away in peace; you are now the blessed of YHWH. And Yitzchak made them a feast, and they did eat and imbibed." (Genesis 27:27-30)

"Yitzchak said, Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son's venison, that my soul may bless you. And Ya'aqov brought it near to him, and Yitzchak did eat; and Ya'aqov brought him wine, and Yitzchak drank." (Genesis 28:25)

"Yitzchak blessed Ya'aqov, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which YHWH has blessed; therefore, Elohim give you of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine." (Genesis 28:27-28)

"Yitzchak answered and said unto Esav, Behold, I have made him your adon, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him." (Genesis 28:37)

"Yosef took and sent messes unto them from before him; but Binyamin's mess was five times so much as any of theirs. And they drank and became drunk with him." (Genesis 44:34)

22. You shall not take vengeance.

"The sons of Ya'aqov came upon the slain and spoiled the city because they had defiled their sister. They took their sheep, and their oxen, and their donkeys, and that which was in the city, and that which was in the field, and all their wealth, and all their little ones; and their wives took they captive and spoiled even all that was in the house. And Ya'aqov said to Shimon and Levi, You have troubled me, to make me to stink among the inhabitants of the land, among the Kenaanim and the Perishim; and I, being few in number, they shall gather themselves together against me and slay me; and I shall be destroyed, I and my house." (Genesis 35:27-30)

23. You shall not mock unjustly.

24. You shall not be cruel.

25. You shall not seek to destroy the Seer raised up from Yosef.

"That seer will I bless, and they that seek to destroy him shall be confounded." (Genesis 51:33)

26. You shall not commit infanticide.

"Pharoah said, When you do the office of a midwife to the Ivrim women and see them upon the stools, if it be a son, then you shall kill him; but if it be a daughter, then she shall live. But the midwives revered Elohim and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive. And the king of Egypt called for the midwives and said unto them, Why have you done this thing and have saved the men children alive? And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Ivrim women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively and are delivered ere the midwives come in unto them. Therefore, Elohim dealt well with the midwives; and the people multiplied and waxed very mighty. And it came to pass, because the midwives revered Elohim, that he made them houses. And Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, Every son that is born, you shall cast into the river; and every daughter you shall save alive." (Exodus 1:16-22)

27. You shall not beat your servant.

"The officers of the children of Ya'sharel, which Pharaoh's taskmasters had set over them, were beaten and demanded, Wherefore have you not fulfilled your task in making brick, both yesterday and today, as heretofore? Then the officers of the children of Ya'sharel came and cried unto Pharaoh, saying, Wherefore deal you thus with your servants? There is no straw given unto your servants, and they say to us, Make brick; and behold, your servants are beaten; but the fault is in your own people. ... Moshe said to YHWH, For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has done evil to this people." (Exodus 5:14-16, 23)

The Seventh Division of Torah

You shall not commit adultery.

"It came to pass that when Avram was come into Egypt, the Egyptians beheld the woman, that she was very fair. The princes also of Pharaoh saw her and commanded her to be brought before Pharaoh; and the woman was taken into Pharaoh's house. And he entreated Avram well for her sake; and he had sheep, and oxen, and he-donkeys, and menservants, and maidservants, and she-donkeys, and camels. And YHWH plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai, Avram's wife. And Pharaoh called Avram and said, What have you done unto me in this thing? Why did you not tell me that she was your wife? Why did you say, She is my sister? So I might have taken her unto me to wife. Now therefore, behold, I say unto you, Take your wife and go your way." (Genesis 13:10-14)

"Elohim came to Avimelek in a dream by night and said unto him, Behold, you have taken a woman which is not your own; for she is Avraham's wife. And YHWH said unto him, you shall return her unto Avraham; for if you do it not, you shall die. And Avimelek had not come near her, for YHWH had not suffered him. ... I know that you did do this in the integrity of your heart; for I also withheld you from sinning against me; therefore suffered I not you to touch her. Now, therefore, restore the man's wife to him, for he is a prophet; and he shall pray for you, and you shall live; and if you restore her not to him, know you that you shall surely die, you and all that are yours. ... Then Avimelek called Avraham and said unto him, What have you done unto us? And in what have I offended you, that you have brought on me and on my kingdom a great sin? You have done things unto me that ought not to be done. And Avimelek said unto Avraham, What saw you, that you have done this thing? ... Unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given your brother a thousand pieces of silver; behold, he shall give unto you a covering of the eyes, and it shall be a token unto all that you may not be taken again from Avraham, your husband. And thus she was reproved."(Genesis 21:3-5, 7-8, 10-11, 17)

"Avimelek said, What is this you have done unto us? One of the people might lightly have lain with your wife, and you should have brought guiltiness upon us. And Avimelek charged all his people, saying, He that touches this man or his wife shall surely be put to death." (Genesis 27:10-11)

"Leah said unto Rachel, Is it a small matter that you have taken my husband?" (Genesis 31:15)

"It came to pass after these things, that his master's wife cast her eyes upon Yosef; and she said, Lie with me. But he refused and said unto his master's wife, Behold, my master knows not what is with me in the house, and he has committed all that he has to my hand; there is none greater in this house than I; neither has he kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife; how then can I do this great wickedness and sin against Elohim? And it came to pass, as she spake to Yosef day by day, that he hearkened not unto her, to lie by her or to be with her. And it came to pass about this time, that Yosef went into the house to do his business; and there was none of the men of the house there within. And she caught him by his garment, saying, Lie with me; and he left his garment in her hand, and fled, and got him out." (Genesis 40:7-12)

1. You shall cleave unto your spouse and none else and you shall be one flesh.

"Therefore shall a man ... cleave unto his wife; and they shall be one flesh." (Genesis 3:30)

"Therefore shall a man ... cleave unto his wife, and they shall be one flesh." (Avraham 5:18)

"Shechem's soul clave unto Dinah, the daughter of Ya'aqov, and he loved the damsel and spake kindly unto the damsel." (Genesis 35:3)

2. Marriage is ordained of YHWH Elohim to be good for man.

"I, YHWH Elohim, said unto mine Only Begotten, that it was not good that the man should be alone; wherefore, I will make a help meet for him." (Genesis 3:23-24)

"Let us make an help meet for the man, for it is not good that the man should be alone, therefore we will form an help meet for him." (Avraham 5:14)

3. A married man shall leave his father and mother to live with his wife. ♂

"Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave unto his wife." (Genesis 3:30)

"Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife, and they shall be one flesh." (Avraham 5:18)

4. Your spouse should remain with you.

"And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest me, and commanded that she should remain with me." (Genesis 4:17)

5. You shall not practice polygamy.

"Lemek took unto himself two wives: the name of one being Adah, and the name of the other, Zillah. ...Lemek, having entered into a covenant with the Satan after the manner of Qayin, wherein he became Master Mahan." (Genesis 6:30, 35)

"The day that Yitzchak was weaned, Avraham made a great feast; and Sarah saw the son of Hagar, the Egyptian, which Hagar had borne unto Avraham, mocking; and she was troubled. Wherefore, she said unto Avraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son; for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, Yitzchak. And this thing was very grievous unto Avraham because of his son. And Elohim said unto Avraham, Let it not be grievous in your sight because of the lad and because of your bondwoman; in all that Sarah has said unto you, hearken unto her voice; for in Yitzchak shall your seed be called. ... Avraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread and a bottle of water, and gave unto Hagar; and she took the child, and he sent her away." (Genesis 22:7-10, 12)

"Unto the sons of the concubines which Avraham had, Avraham gave gifts and sent them away from Yitzchak, his son, while he yet lived, eastward, unto the east country." (Genesis 26:6)

"Esav was forty years old when he took to wife Yehudith, the daughter of Beeri, the Chitti, and Bashemath, the daughter of Elon, the Chitti, which was a grief of mind unto Yitzchak and to Rivka." (Genesis 27:36-35)

"Ya'aqov went in also and slept with Rachel; and he loved Rachel also, more than Leah, and served with Lavan yet seven other years. And when YHWH saw that Leah was hated, he opened her womb; but Rachel was barren. And Leah conceived and bare a son; and she called his name Reuven; for she said, Surely YHWH has looked upon my affliction; now, therefore, my husband will love me. And she conceived again, and bare a son, and said, Because YHWH has heard that I was hated, he has, therefore, given me this son also; and she called his name Shimon. And she conceived again, and bare a son, and said, Now this time will my husband be joined unto me because I have borne him three sons. ... Leah said, Elohim has endued me with a good dowry; now will my husband dwell with me, because I have borne him six sons" (Genesis 30:30-34, 31:20)

"Leah said unto Rachel, Is it a small matter that you have taken my husband?" (Genesis 31:15)

"Lavan said, This heap is a witness between me and you this day. Therefore was the name of it called Galeed, and Mizpah; for he said, YHWH watch between me and you when we are absent one from another. If you shall afflict my daughters, or if you shall take other wives beside my daughters, no man is with us; see, Elohim is witness betwixt me and you. (Genesis 32:48-52)

"Rachel died and was buried in the way to Ephrath, which is Bethlehem. And Ya'aqov set a pillar upon her grave; that is the pillar of Rachel's grave unto this day. ... And, therefore, as for me, when I came from Padan, Rachel died by me in the land of Kenaan, in the way when we were yet but a little way to come unto Ephrath; and I buried her there in the way of Ephrath; the same is called Bethlehem. ... In the cave that is in the field of Machpelah, which is before Mamre, in the land of Kenaan, which Avraham bought with the field of Ephron, the Chitti, for a possession of a burying place. There they buried Avraham and Sarah, his wife; there they buried Yitzchak and Rivka, his wife; and there I buried Leah. The purchase of the field and of the cave that is therein was from the children of Heth." (Genesis 36:19-20, 48:12, 49:30-32, 51:30-32)

6. You shall discern between good and evil.

"Repent, for thus saith YHWH, I am angry with this people, and my fierce anger is kindled against them ... even since the day that I created them, have they gone astray." (Genesis 7:27-28)

8. You shall not engage in sexual intercourse with your mother or with the wife of your father.

"Cham, the father of Kenaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his brethren without; and Shem and Yepheth took a garment, and laid upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father, and they saw not their father's nakedness. And Noach awoke from his wine and knew what his youngest son had done unto him; and he said, Cursed be Kenaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. And he said, Blessed be YHWH Elohim of Shem; and Kenaan shall be his servant, and a veil of darkness shall cover him, that he shall be known among all men. Elohim shall enlarge Yepheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Kenaan shall be his servant." (Genesis 10:28-31)

"When Ya'sharel dwelt in that land, that Reuven went and lay with Bilhah, his father's concubine; and Ya'sharel heard it. ... Reuven, you are my firstborn, my might, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power; unstable as water, you shall not excel because you went up to your father's bed, then defiled you it; he went up to my couch." (Genesis 36:22, 50:3-4)

9. You shall not commit rape.

"Because the cry of Sedom and Amora is great and because their sin is very grievous, I will destroy them. ... They called unto Lot and said unto him, Where are the men which came in unto you this night? Bring them out unto us that we may know them. And Lot went out of the door unto them, and shut the door after him, and said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly. ... Wherefore, they said unto the man, We will have the men and your daughters also; and we will do with them as seems us good. Now this was after the wickedness of Sedom. And Lot said, Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, plead with my brethren that I may not bring them out unto you, and you shall not do unto them as seems good in your eyes. For Elohim will not justify his servant in this thing." (Genesis 19:19, 20:7-8, 11-14)

"The firstborn dealt wickedly and said unto the younger, Our father has become old, and we have not a man on the earth to come in unto us, to live with us after the manner of all that live on the earth. Therefore, come, let us make our father drink wine; and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father. And they did wickedly and made their father drink wine that night; and the firstborn went in and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down nor when she arose. And it came to pass on the morrow, that the firstborn said unto the younger, Behold, I lay yesternight with my father; let us make him drink wine this night also, and go thou in and lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father. And they made their father drink wine that night also; and the younger arose and lay with him; and he perceived not when she lay down nor when she arose. Thus were both the daughters of Lot with child by their father." (Genesis 20:37-42)

10. You shall not give someone up to be raped.

"Wherefore, they said unto the man, We will have the men and your daughters also; and we will do with them as seems us good. Now this was after the wickedness of Sedom. And Lot said, Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, plead with my brethren that I may not bring them out unto you, and you shall not do unto them as seems good in your eyes. For Elohim will not justify his servant in this thing." (Genesis 20:11-14)

11. You shall not engage in sexual intercourse with your father or with the husband of your mother.

12. You shall not give your spouse unto another to engage in sexual intercourse with them.

"He refused and said unto his master's wife, Behold, my master knows not what is with me in the house, and he has committed all that he has to my hand; there is none greater in this house than I; neither has he kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife." (Genesis 40:8-9)

13. You shall not take another man's wife.

"I thought assuredly the reverence of Elohim was not in this place and they would slay me for my wife's sake." (Genesis 21:12)

14. You shall love your spouse.

"Yitzchak brought her into his mother Sarah's tent and took Rivka; and she became his wife, and he loved her." (Genesis 25:72)

"Shechem's soul clave unto Dinah, the daughter of Ya'aqov, and he loved the damsel and spake kindly unto the damsel." (Genesis 35:3)

15. You shall not join in marriage with the wicked.

"The daughters of your sons have sold themselves; for behold, mine anger is kindled against the sons of men, for they will not hearken to my voice." (Genesis 9:3)

"I pray you, put forth your hand under my hand, and I will make you swear before YHWH, the Elohim of heaven and the Elohim of the earth, that you shall not take a wife unto my son of the daughters of the Kenaanim among whom I dwell; but you shall go unto my country and to my kindred and take a wife unto my son Yitzchak." (Genesis 25:2)

"My master made me swear, saying, you shall not take a wife to my son of the daughters of the Kenaanim, in whose land I dwell; but you shall go unto my father's house and to my kindred and take a wife unto my son." (Genesis 25:37-38)

"Rivka said to Yitzchak, I am weary of my life because of the daughters of Heth; if Ya'aqov take a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these which are of the daughters of the land, what good shall my life do me? And Yitzchak called Ya'aqov, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, you shall not take a wife of the daughters of Kenaan." (Genesis 28:46-29:1)

"Yitzchak had blessed Ya'aqov and sent him away to Padan-aram to take him a wife from thence, and that, as he blessed him, he gave him a charge, saying, you shall not take a wife of the daughters of Kenaan." (Genesis 29:6)

16. You shall not fornicate. You shall repent from fornication by taking your partner in marriage.

"When Shechem, the son of Hamor, the Chivi, prince of the country, saw Dinah, he took her, and lay with her, and defiled her. And his soul clave unto Dinah, the daughter of Ya'aqov, and he loved the damsel and spake kindly unto the damsel. And Shechem spake unto his father Hamor, saying, Get me this damsel to wife. ... He had wrought folly in Ya'sharel in lying with Ya'aqov's daughter, which thing ought not to be done. And Hamor communed with them, saying, The soul of my son Shechem longs for your daughter; I pray you, give her him to wife." (Genesis 35:2-4, 7-8)

17. You shall not engage in sexual intercourse with your daughter-in-law, or the wife of your son.

"When Yehuda saw her, he thought her to be a harlot because she had covered her face. And he turned unto her by the way, and said, Go to, I pray you; let me come in and lie with you (for he knew not that she was his daughter-in-law)." (Genesis 39:15-16)

18. You shall not engage in sexual intercourse with your father-in-law, or the father of your spouse.

19. You shall not engage in prostitution.

"It was told Yehuda, saying, Tamar, your daughter-in-law, has played the harlot; and also, behold, she is with child by whoredom. And Yehuda said, Bring her forth, and let her be burnt." (Genesis 39:24)

20. The penalty for prostitution shall be death by fire.

21. You shall not solicit nor engage in sexual relations with a prostitute.

"When Yehuda saw Tamar, he thought her to be a harlot because she had covered her face. And he turned unto her by the way, and said, Go to, I pray you; let me come in and lie with you. And she said, What will you give me, that you may come in and lie with me? And he said, I will send you a kid from the flock. And she said, will you give me a pledge till you send it? And he said, What pledge shall I give you? And she said, your signet, and your bracelets, and your staff that is in your hand. And he gave it her and came in and slept with her; and she conceived by him. And it came to pass about three months after, that it was told Yehuda, saying, Tamar, your daughter-in-law, has played the harlot; and also, behold, she is with child by whoredom. And Yehuda said, Bring her forth, and let her be burnt. When she was brought forth, she sent to her father-in-law, saying, By the man, whose these are, am I with child; and she said, Discern, I pray you, whose are these; the signet, and bracelets, and staff. And Yehuda acknowledged them and said, She has been more righteous than I because that I gave her not to Shelah, my son. And he knew her again no more." (Genesis 39:15-18, 24-26)

The Eighth Division of Torah

You shall not steal.

"Qayin said, Truly I am Mahan, the master of this great secret, that I may murder and get gain. ... And Qayin went into the field, and Qayin talked with Havel, his brother; and it came to pass that while they were in the field, Qayin rose up against Havel, his brother, and slew him. ...Qayin gloried in that which he had done, saying, I am free; surely the flocks of my brother fall into my hands. ... And YHWH said, What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries unto me from the ground." (Genesis 6:16, 18, 20)

1. You shall not lie.

"Get thee hence, Satan; deceive me not." (Genesis 1:1)

"Yea, even the devil, the father of all lies, to deceive." (Genesis 4:5)

2. You shall not erase the words of YHWH Elohim from the scriptures.

"And in a day when the children of men shall ... take many of [my words] from the book which you shalt write, behold, I will raise up another like unto [Moshe]; and they shall be had again among the children of men; among as many as shall believe." (Genesis 1:41)

3. You shall not blind others from the truth. Blindness is a lack of understanding of Torah.

"Yea, even the devil, to blind men." (Genesis 4:5)

4. You shall not manipulate others by deception.

"The Satan ... sought also to beguile Chavvah." (Genesis 4:7)

"My father peradventure will feel me, and I shall seem to him as a deceiver; and I shall bring a curse upon me and not a blessing." (Genesis 28:12)

5. Mankind shall labour for their sustenance.

"Unto the woman, I, YHWH Elohim, said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrowful toil ... And unto Adam, I, YHWH Elohim, said, ... cursed shall be the ground for thy sake. In sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life. Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; By the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread until thou shalt return unto the ground." (Genesis 4:22-25)

"Adam began to till the earth, and to ... eat his bread by the sweat of his brow, as I, YHWH, had commanded him, and Chavvah also, his wife, did labor with him." (Genesis 5:1)

"He called his name Noach, saying, This son shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands because of the ground which YHWH has cursed." (Genesis 8:83)

6. You shall not seek after ill-gotten gain.

"Qayin said, Truly I am Mahan, the master of this great secret, that I may murder and get gain." (Genesis 6:16)

"I thought assuredly the reverence of Elohim was not in this place and they would slay me for my wife's sake." (Genesis 21:12)

7. You shall deal in truth.

"Naught but ... truth is the habitation of your throne." (Genesis 8:38)

"Blessed is YHWH Elohim of my master Avraham, who has not left my master destitute of his mercy and his truth." (Genesis 25:26)

"If you will deal kindly and truly with my master, tell me; and if not, tell me, that I may turn to the right hand or to the left." (Genesis 25:53)

8. You shall be just.

"[YHWH is] just ... forever. ...Naught but ... justice ... is the habitation of your throne." (Genesis 8:37-38)

"Noach found grace in the eyes of YHWH; for Noach was a just man." (Genesis 9:16)

"Pharaoh, being a righteous man, established his kingdom and judged his people wisely and justly all his days, seeking earnestly to imitate that order established by the fathers in the first generations, in the days of the first patriarchal reign, even in the reign of Adam, and also of Noach." (Avraham 1:26)

"They shall keep the way of YHWH, to do justice and judgment." (Genesis 19:18)

9. You shall offer the firstlings of your flock unto YHWH in similitude of Messiah. †

"The voice of YHWH ... gave unto them commandments that they should ... offer the firstlings of their flocks for an offering unto YHWH ... [in] similitude of the sacrifice of the Only Begotten of the Father, which is full of grace and truth;" (Genesis 5:4-5, 7)

"Havel ... brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof; and YHWH had respect unto Havel and to his offering." (Genesis 6:6-7)

"Elohim revealed himself unto Sheth; and he rebelled not, but offered an acceptable sacrifice like unto his brother Havel." (Genesis 7:4)

"Sanctify unto me all the firstborn, whatsoever opens the womb ... of beast; it is mine." (Exodus 13:2)

10. You shall judge righteously.

"His Only Begotten is the Son of Man, even Yeshua haMashiach, a righteous judge, who shall come in the meridian of time."(Genesis 7:60)

11. You shall spill the blood of animals that you slaughter upon the earth and cover it in the dust.

"The blood of all flesh which I have given you for meat, shall be shed upon the ground, which taketh life thereof; and the blood you shall not eat." (Genesis 10:10)

12. YHWH Elohim shall not destroy all life on earth by flood again.

"I will establish my covenant with you, which I made unto your father Enoch, concerning your seed after you. And it shall come to pass that every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, and of the cattle, and of the beast of the earth that is with you, which shall go out of the ark, shall not altogether perish; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth." (Genesis 10:15-16)

"It shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud; and I will remember my covenant, which I have made between me and you, for every living creature of all flesh. And the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh." (Genesis 10:20)

13. The Everlasting Covenant is that when man shall keep the commandments of YHWH Elohim, Tsiyyon shall come to earth once more.

14. You shall embrace truth.

15. You shall not lay claim to that which is not yours.

"Pharaoh being of that lineage by which he could not have the right of Priesthood, notwithstanding the Pharaohs would fain claim it from Noach, through Cham, therefore my father was led away by their idolatry." (Avraham 1:27)

16. The Land of Ya'sharel shall be the everlasting inheritance of the Children of Avraham, and Yitzchak and Ya'sharel by everlasting covenant.

"I offered sacrifice there in the plains of Moreh, and called on YHWH devoutly, because we had already come into the land of this idolatrous nation. And YHWH appeared unto me in answer to my prayers, and said unto me: Unto your seed will I give this land." (Avraham 2:18-19)

"Avram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem and the plain of Moreh. And the Kenaanim were then in the land. And YHWH appeared unto Avram, and said, Unto your seed will I give this land." (Genesis 13:5-6)

"YHWH said unto Avram after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now your eyes, and look from the place where you are, northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward; and remember the covenant which I make with you; for it shall be an everlasting covenant; and you shall remember the days of Chanock, your father; for all the land which you see will I give you and to your seed forever; and I will make your seed as the dust of the earth, so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, your seed shall also be numbered. Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it, for I will give it unto you." (Genesis 14:12-15)

"Elohim blessed Avram and gave unto him ... lands for an everlasting possession, according to the covenant which he had made and according to the blessing wherewith Malki-tsedeq had blessed him." (Genesis 15:40)

"Avram said, YHWH Elohim, how will you give me this land for an everlasting inheritance? And YHWH said, Though you were dead, yet am I not able to give it you? And if you shall die, yet you shall possess it" (Genesis 16:9-11)

"YHWH said unto him, I, YHWH, brought you out of Ur of the Chaldees to give you this land to inherit it. And Avram said, YHWH, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it? Yet he believed Elohim. And YHWH said unto him, Take me a heifer of three years old, and a she-goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon. And he took unto him all these, and he divided them in the midst, and he laid each piece one against the other; but the birds divided he not. And when the fowls came down upon the carcasses, Avram drove them away. And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Avram; and lo, a great horror of darkness fell upon him. And YHWH spake, and he said unto Avram, Know of a surety that your seed shall be a stranger in a land which shall not be theirs and shall serve strangers; and they shall be afflicted and serve them four hundred years; and also that nation whom they shall serve will I judge; and afterwards shall they come out with great substance. And you shall die and go to your fathers in peace; you shall be buried in a good old age. But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again; for the iniquity of the Emorim is not yet full. And it came to pass that when the sun went down and it was dark, behold, a smoking furnace and a burning lamp, which passed between those pieces which Avram had divided. And in that same day YHWH made a covenant with Avram, saying, Unto your seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river Euphrates; The Kenim, and the Kenazim, and the Kadmonim, and Chittim, and the Perizzim, and the Rephaim, and the Emorim, and the Kenaanim, and the Girgashim, and the Yebusim." (Genesis 16:13-22)

"I will give unto you and your seed after you a land wherein you are a stranger, all the land of Kenaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their Elohim." (Genesis 18:13)

"Elohim said, Sarah, your wife, shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Yitzchak; and I will establish my covenant with him also, for an everlasting covenant with his seed after him." (Genesis 18:25)

"In Yitzchak shall your seed be called." (Genesis 22:10)

"The servant said unto him, Perhaps the woman will not be willing to follow me unto this land; then I must needs bring your son again unto the land from whence you came. And Avraham said unto him, Beware you that you bring not my son there again. YHWH Elohim of heaven; which took me from my father's house and from the land of my kindred, and which spake unto me, and that sware unto me, saying, Unto you will I give this land; He shall send his messenger before you, and you shall take a wife unto my son from thence. And if the woman will not be willing to follow you, then you shall be clear from this your oath; only bring not my son there again." (Genesis 25:3-7)

"Yitzchak went unto Gerar. And YHWH appeared unto him and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell you of. Sojourn in this land, and I will be with you, and will bless you; for unto you and unto your seed I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Avraham, your father; and I will make your seed to multiply as the stars of heaven and will give unto your seed all these countries; and in your seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because that Avraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws." (Genesis 27:1-4)

"El Shaddai give the blessing of Avraham, to [Ya'aqov] and to your seed with you, that you may inherit the land wherein you are a stranger, which Elohim gave unto Avraham." (Genesis 29:4)

"I am YHWH Elohim of Avraham, your father, and the Elohim of Yitzchak; the land whereon you lie, to you [Ya'aqov] will I give it and to your seed; and your seed shall be as the dust of the earth; and you shall spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south; and in you and in your seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. And behold, I am with you, and will keep you in all places wherever you go, and will bring you again into this land; for I will not leave you until I have done that which I have spoken to you of." (Genesis 29:13-15)

"Elohim said unto Ya'aqov, I am El Shaddai; be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of you, and kings shall come out of your loins; and the land which I gave Avraham and Yitzchak, to you I will give it, and to your seed after you will I give the land." (Genesis 36:11-12)

"Ya'aqov said unto Yosef, El Shaddai appeared unto me at Luz in the land of Kenaan, and blessed me, and said unto me, Behold, I will make you fruitful and multiply you, saith YHWH; and I will make of you a multitude of people, and will give this land to your seed after you for an everlasting possession. ... When the Elohim of my fathers appeared unto me in Luz in the land of Kenaan, he sware unto me that he would give unto me and unto my seed the land for an everlasting possession." (Genesis 49:3, 7)

"Yoseph said unto his brethren, Elohim will surely visit you and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware unto Avraham, and unto Yitzchak, and to Ya'aqov. And Yosef confirmed many other things unto his brethren and took an oath of the children of Ya'sharel, saying unto them, Elohim will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones from hence. So Yosef died when he was a hundred and ten years old; and they embalmed him, and they put him in a coffin in Egypt; and he was kept from burial by the children of Ya'sharel, that he might be carried up and laid in the sepulcher with his father. And thus they remembered the oath which they sware unto him." (Genesis 51:36-38)

"I appeared unto Avraham, unto Yitzchak, and unto Ya'aqov. I am YHWH El Shaddai, the Adon YHWH. And was not my name known unto them? Yes, and I have also established my covenant with them, which I made with them, to give them the land of Kenaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers." (Exodus 6:3-4)

"I will bring you in unto the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it to Avraham, to Yitzchak, and to Ya'aqov; and I will give it you for a heritage; I, YHWH, will do it." (Exodus 6:8)

"When you be come to the land which YHWH will give you, according as he has promised, that you shall keep this service." (Exodus 12:25)

17. You shall not deal falsely.

"Swear unto me here that, by the help of Elohim, you will not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son's son. ... And Avraham said, I will swear." (Genesis 22:21-22)

18. You shall consecrate your firstborn child to YHWH Elohim by the appointed offering.

"YHWH said, Take now your son, your only Yitzchak, whom you love, and get you into the land of Moriah; and ascend with him there to make burnt offering upon one of the mountains of which I will tell you. ... Avraham clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which Elohim had told him. ... Avraham said I and the lad will go yonder, and worship. Avraham took the wood of the burnt offering and laid it upon his back; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife. ... Yitzchak said, Behold the fire and the wood. But where is the lamb for a burnt offering? And Avraham said, My son, Elohim will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering. So they went both of them together, and they came to the place of which Elohim had told him. ... And Avraham lifted up his eyes and looked; and behold, behind a thicket, there was a ram caught in it by his horns. And Avraham went, and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son. ... Thus saith YHWH, I have sworn by myself that because you have done this thing and have not withheld your son, your only Yitzchak, from me, that in blessing I will bless you; and in multiplying I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven and as the sand which is upon the seashore. And your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; and in your seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed because you have obeyed my voice." (Genesis 23:2, 4, 6-7, 9-10, 16-17, 20-22)

"Sanctify unto me all the firstborn, whatsoever opens the womb among the children of Ya'sharel, both of man and of beast; it is mine." (Exodus 13:2)

19. The Children of Avraham and Yitzchak shall possess the gate of their enemies.

"I will bless you; and in multiplying I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven and as the sand which is upon the seashore. And your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; and in your seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed because you have obeyed my voice." (Genesis 23:20-22)

"They blessed Rivka and said unto her, O you, our sister, be you blessed of thousands; of millions; and let your seed possess the gate of those who hate them." (Genesis 25:65)

20. You shall have sexual intercourse with your spouse.

"Yitzchak brought her into his mother Sarah's tent and took Rivka; and she became his wife, and he loved her." (Genesis 25:72)

"Yitzchak was sporting with Rivka, his wife." (Genesis 27:8)

21. You shall not take the blessing of another.

"Your brother came with subtlety and has taken away your blessing." (Genesis 28:35)

22. You shall not withhold or cheat a man out of his rightful wages.

"Your father has deceived me and changed my wages ten times; but Elohim suffered him not to hurt me. ... the Messenger of YHWH said, Lift up now your eyes and see; all the rams which leap upon the cattle are ring-streaked, speckled, and grizzled; for I have seen all that Lavan does unto you." (Genesis 32:7, 12)

"Thus have I been twenty years in your house; I served you fourteen years for your two daughters and six years for your cattle; and you have changed my wages ten times. Except the Elohim of my father, the Elohim of Avraham, and the fear of Yitzchak, had been with me, surely you had sent me away now empty. Elohim has h seen my affliction and the labor of my hands, and rebuked you yesternight." (Genesis 32:41-42)

23. You shall not rob your children of their inheritance.

"Rachel and Leah answered and said unto him, Is there yet any portion or inheritance for us in our father's house? Are we not counted of him strangers? For he has sold us and has quite devoured also our money. For all the riches which Elohim has taken from our father, that is ours and our children's." (Genesis 32:14-16)

24. You shall pay tithes in the manner decreed in the revealed word. Tithes shall be paid as a tenth on the surplus beyond what is needed for sustenance.

"Avram gave [Malki-tsedeq] tithes of all he had taken." (Genesis 15:20)

"Malki-tsedeq being the high priest and the keeper of the storehouse of Elohim, him whom Elohim had appointed to receive tithes for the poor. Wherefore, Avram paid unto him tithes of all that he had, of all the riches which he possessed, which Elohim had given him more than that which he had need." (Genesis 15:37-39)

"Ya'aqov vowed a vow, saying, ... of all that you shall give me, I will surely give the tenth unto you." (Genesis 29:20, 22)

25. You shall not take others captive unjustly.

"Lavan said to Ya'aqov, What have you done, that you have stolen away unawares to me and carried away my daughters as captives taken with the sword?" (Genesis 32:26)

26. A man shall pay the proper bride-price before marriage. ♂

"Ask me a high bride-price and gift, and I will give according as you shall say unto me; but give me the damsel to wife." (Genesis 35:12)

27. You shall not kidnap someone.

28. You shall not sell someone.

30. You shall not traffic someone.

31. You shall not punish someone without just cause.

"For indeed I was stolen away out of the land of the Hebrews; and here also have I done nothing that they should put me into the dungeon." (Genesis 41:15)

32. You shall keep your word.

"Yehuda said unto Ya'sharel, his father, Send the lad with me, and we will arise and go, that we may live and not die; both we, and you, and also our little ones. I will be surety for him; of my hand shall you require him; if I bring him not unto you and set him before you, then let me bear the blame forever. ... It shall come to pass, when he sees that the lad is not with us, that he will die; and your servants shall bring down the gray hairs of your servant, our father, with sorrow to the grave. For your servant became surety for the lad unto my father, saying, If I bring him not unto you, then I shall bear the blame to my father forever. Now, therefore, I pray you, let your servant abide instead of the lad, a bondman to my lord, and let the lad go up with his brethren." (Genesis 44:8-9, 31-33)

"My father made me swear, saying, Lo, I die; in my grave which I have digged for me in the land of Kenaan, there shall you bury me. Now, therefore, let me go up, I pray you, and bury my father; and I will come again. And Pharaoh said, Go up, and bury your father, according as he made you swear." (Genesis 51:5-6)

"Moshe said, Be it according to your word, that you may know that there is none like unto YHWH, our Elohim." (Exodus 8:10)

33. The Children of Ya'sharel shall receive their tribal inheritance as allotted by YHWH Elohim.

"Your issue which you beget after them shall be yours and shall be called after the name of their brethren in their inheritance in the tribes; therefore, they were called the tribes of Manasseh and of Eprayim." (Genesis 49:6)

34. Dan shall judge among his own people.

"Dan shall judge his people as one of the tribes of Ya'sharel." (Genesis 50:16)

35. If your brother dies without offspring, and you are unmarried, you shall marry his wife and have children with her, which shall be risen up unto your brother. ♂

"Er, Yehuda's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of YHWH; and YHWH slew him. Yehuda said unto Onan, Go and marry your brother's wife, and raise up seed unto your brother. And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he married his brother's wife, that he would not lie with her, lest he should raise up seed unto his brother. And the thing which he did displeased YHWH; wherefore, he slew him." (Genesis 39:7-10)

36. You shall not oppress others.

"Now, therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Ya'sharel is come unto me; and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them." (Exodus 3:9)

"I have surely visited you and seen that which is done to you in Egypt; and I have said I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt." (Exodus 3:16-17)

"I have also heard the groaning of the children of Ya'sharel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant. Wherefore say unto the children of Ya'sharel, I am YHWH; and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm and with great judgments. I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you an Elohim; and you shall know that I am YHWH, your Elohim, which brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians." (Exodus 6:5-7)

"Moshe spake so unto the children of Ya'sharel; but they hearkened not unto Moshe for anguish of spirit and for cruel bondage." (Exodus 6:9)

37. The earth shall belong to no one but YHWH Elohim.

"Moshe said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto YHWH; and the thunder shall cease; neither shall there be any more hail, that you may know how that the earth is YHWH's." (Exodus 9:29)

38. There is one Torah for all mankind, the same Torah to both the Children of Ya'sharel and the Nations around them.

"One torah shall be to him that is home-born and unto the stranger that sojourns among you." (Exodus 12:49)

39. A Goy who comes under the covering of Yeshua to follow YHWH Elohim's Torah shall be grafted in to the Children of Ya'sharel.

"When a stranger shall sojourn with you and will keep the passover to YHWH, let all his males be circumcised; and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land; for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof." (Exodus 12:8)

The Ninth Division of Torah

You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

1. You shall not deny YHWH Elohim.

"Repent, for thus saith YHWH, I am angry with this people, and my fierce anger is kindled against them ... even since the day that I created them, have they ... denied me." (Genesis 7:27-28)

"Why ... deny the Elohim of heaven?" (Genesis 7:45)

2. The rainbow shall be given as the token of YHWH Elohim's everlasting covenant to Chanock and Noach.

"Elohim made a covenant with Noach and said, This shall be the token of the covenant I make between me and you, and for every living creature with you, for perpetual generations: I will set my bow in the cloud; and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud; and I will remember my covenant, which I have made between me and you, for every living creature of all flesh. And the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant, which I made unto your father Chanock... And the bow shall be in the cloud, and I will establish my covenant unto thee, which I have made between me and you, for every living creature of all flesh that shall be upon the earth. And Elohim said unto Noach, This is the token of the covenant which I have established between me and thee, for all flesh that shall be upon the earth." (Genesis 10:18-20, 24-25)

The Tenth Division of Torah

You shall not covet any thing that is your neighbors'

"Qayin gloried in that which he had done, saying, I am free; surely the flocks of my brother falleth into my hands." (Genesis 6:18)

"Qayin said unto YHWH, the Satan tempted me because of my brother's flocks; and I was wroth also, for his offering you did accept, and not mine." (Genesis 6:24)

"I thought assuredly the reverence of Elohim was not in this place and they would slay me for my wife's sake." (Genesis 21:12)

1. You shall be wise.

"My wisdom excels them all, for I rule in the heavens above, and in the earth beneath, in all wisdom and prudence." (Avraham 3:21)

"Pharaoh said unto Yosef, Forasmuch as Elohim has showed you all this, there is none so discreet and wise as you are." (Genesis 42:39)

2. You shall not seek for power out of vain ambition.

"YHWH said: Whom shall I send? And one answered like unto the Son of Man: Here am I, send me. And another answered and said: Here am I, send me. And YHWH said: I will send the first. And the second was angry, and kept not his first estate; and, at that day, many followed after him." (Avraham 3:27-28)

3. You shall forgive others of their trespasses against you.

"So shall you say unto Yosef, Forgive, I pray you now, the trespass of your brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil; and now, we pray you, forgive the trespass of the servants of the Elohim of your father. And Yosef wept when they spake unto him." (Genesis 51:17)

"Now, therefore, forgive, I pray you, my sin only this once, and entreat YHWH, your Elohim, that he may take away from me this death only. And Moshe went out from Pharaoh and entreated YHWH." (Exodus 10:17-18)
